Worst experience ever. I had a red rash looking thing pop up on my face and I went in and saw the PA. She told me it was rosacea, which I thought was kind of weird since it was a random redness that popped up one day. She did not prescribe antibiotics, but sent me to the drug store to buy an over the counter cream, and did not explain to me how to use it. I went off of the instructions on the bottle, and this cream made my face even redder! I called back 3x to leave messages over the next week and never (still have not) received a return call. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion and he found that it was NOT rosacea and that the cream she recommended made it WORSE!! He gave me an antibiotic and cleared it up in 3 days. It ended up being an allergic reaction. Most unbelievable thing. Not only did I get diagnosed way incorrectly, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. Dont walk, run. Run the opposite direction and find a more reputable doctor!!

Aweful experience with the staff. The Dr is okay, and nurses are hit or miss, but the front desk staff and manager are awful. I dont typically leave google reviews, but after just looking at previous reviews I wish I had NEVER gone there. The manager of the establishment apparently is the face of the nurses before you can actually talk with one on the phone. Then after you actually talk to a nurse if you discuss an type of unsatisfaction they want you to speak with that same rude manager. After the nurse suggested I could voice my opinion to the manager and I told her "I will most likely go somewhere else due to the experience I had today".. her response.. "okay". Then proceeded to hang up. Extremely unprofessional staff.

Weve been to the clinic 3 different times and each time weve left with an incredibly bad taste in our mouth. The receptionists are just horrible. I just decided to give them another chance ONLY because they are the closest dermatologist to my house and the lady cut me off three times..."do you want the appointment or Not?" each time I tried to ask about being on the cancellation waiting list. Every other dermatologist could get us in within a week, two were able to make an exception and get us in on the same day since my son has cancer. I would give them TWO THUMBS DOWN!

This is the worst experience I have ever received from going to a doctor. Very unfriendly doctor and staff. The front desk staff were super but the doctor and his assistance were very unfriendly and felt very rushed. The doctor gave very little information regarding procedures and the causes. Felt as if he did not have time for questions and I was rushed. I have never written a review before but due to my experience I strongly do not recommend nor will I ever go back. Horrible experience!

Awful customer service!!Avoid this place if you want help and if you want be treated with respect.Dr gives you less the one minute of his time does not listen to his patients and seem like he doesnt care just pushes prescription for big drug companies.The staff awful do not return calls pretty much they are bad at there jobs.And do not care about helping you,pathetic excuse for health care.

I read through the below reviews and decided to try this clinic anyway because of the location. Great customer service and very patient - oriented. No one was rude and I certainly didnt feel rushed by Dr. Zabel. I had a great experience - and felt my exam by the doc to be very thorough and he took the time to discuss my concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic to you.

My family has been going there for years and I have tolerated the rudeness because the clinic is close to my house. No more! Today there was an incident that topped everything. I will spare the details but it just proves that not only are the disrespectful, they dont care about their patients. There are way too many good doctors - dont waste your time and money by going here.

Just. Awful. Receptionists rude. Nurse did not know how to do stitches, Dr. Zabel walked her through it. Asked for treatment notes to bring to new Dr. At follow-up appointment to remove stitches, he literally spoke to me for 2 minutes and told me to try Rogaine for alopecia. (I explained that Id like to discuss other treatment options.) He refused. Run. Dont walk.

Many of the staff (especially reception) can be very condescending and rude. Zabel mostly makes up for it which is why I still go to this location. As to why the rest of the staff acts the way they do is a mystery to me. Nevertheless the location is very clean and up to date. Important thing to note: expect to wait a couple months for an appointment!

I have used them at both the Lakeville and Apple Valley, MN locations. I prefer to "get in and get out." In all instances, they have been friendly enough, efficient, caring and timely in either telephone or direct patient encounters. I felt fortunate to find a dermatologist with schedule openings,also.
