I was to have a red mole removed from my neck and as I was rushed in and out, and after the procedure was completed, I spent the next 3 weeks with swelling still present on my neck. I was told by the office staff that a follow up office visit would be of no charge. This was a relief as my deductible would restart by the time I could get in for follow up. One month later I receive a processed claim for my insurance and thus was billed for an office visit. When I called in to state my claim and my plea, I was told there was nothing that could be done and they could not control what Dr. Futrell wold code for an office visit. I may just have to put myself in jeopardy of my first medical chargeoff in my life, or my first delinquent credit account I have ever had. $48.45 for principle!

I was charged for a procedure after I specifically asked that they inform me if anything that would not be covered by insurance!!- then I get a surprise bill in the mail for $80!!- and when I called to complain and inquire as to why I got this bill, they were totally rude and told me if I dont pay they will send me to collections. Before I even had an opportunity to save $ and pay it, I was in collections 2 weeks later!! This place is a joke!!!

The front desk personal couldnt figure out who was a first time customer or precious patient. People cant seem to figure out who showed up at what time. Show time 1:00pm didnt get seen until 2:58pm. Paid 140 dollars just to get the her office to say you dont have insurance so looking at the mole on my side would be to expensive. Waste of money and no service.i told them I didnt have insurance that coverage dermatologist check ups before hand

I wanted more voluma because the doc I went to before didnt make me symmetrical. My doc here did my voluma and didnt let me do too much. She didnt want me to look over done. She was right and I look 10 years younger and completely symmetrical. Thank you so much Dr. Futrell
