This place is first and foremost about making money. There are advertisements for homeopathic face peels and other garbage lying around. The turnover is incredible. While I was there, tons of people came in, had a VERY short wait, were seen, and left. The staff were brusque, bordering on rude. They were in a flurry of activity and seemed rushed. The doctor answered my questions, performed a basic procedure and was out the door and into the next room before I was quite aware he was gone. Pricing was reasonable and everything was professional. Just dont go here looking for any kind of human relationship with your healthcare provider. Youre paying for a service and getting out the way for the next customer.

They do a good job at what they do, but I agree with the reviews that say the staff borders on rude. Got a call about some biopsy results & was disconnected. I immediately called back, but got no answer when transferred to the person I had just been speaking to. 2 days later she called and got my voicemail where she stated, "this is the second time weve tried to contact you regarding these results so you need to call me back...." Excuse me? I did call you back, also you have 2 numbers for me and I was reached immediately on the second. I understand theyre busy and deal with a lot of people in a day, but a little bit of courtesy goes a LONG way.

This clinic has a nice building and good eye-appeal when you walk in. It is clean and modern. My complaint is that it always takes soooo long to get from the waiting room to the doctors room, then it takes even longer to get seen. Furthermore, the doctor I see likes to get me to come in for every little thing so he can claim a visit on my insurance. Last time I went, I wasted an hour-and-a-half of my life.

If your desperate then I guess use this place but if you have options do not go here. They are constantly overbook so you will wait 30+ minutes past your appointment time to be seen. If your lucky youll only have to go once. This is our third and final visit, if they dont take care of our issue we will be going elsewhere.

I went for one issue, and the doctor noticed that I had another issue and treated it as well while I was there. He made sure that everything about both issues was fully understood by me, and made sure that I had everything that I needed to heal both issues.

We use Dr Haynie and she is very conscientious. Dr. Haynie discovered my husbands Melanoma on his back and Basal Cell Carcinoma on his nose and it was treated and cured. I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Haynie she is very professional and courteous.

I would not recommend Dermatology & Skin Surgery. My husband and I had a billing issue and were treated poorly and receptionist took no responsibility for a problem that could have been an easy fix. Take your business elsewhere.

I beg to differ!!! I drove 1.5 hours to this clinic, and was super impressed with the entire setup!! Efficient to the max! In and out in no time. Totally satisfied. I wish more offices ran this top notch!!
