Nelson wasnt accepting new patients, Morrell is full so they can put you on his PA schedule and you basically go in to talk to her and she puts you on a trial and error medication based off on what you tell her, never assessed my skin.. gave me meds went to see her the following month and it was another 5 minute talk just to try the next medication on the list.. I switched dermatologist and came to see DrPatel with SETX dermatology and he assesed my complete body from head to toe and gave me options and recommendations. Of corse all medications are trial and error but with Morrels PA I felt like I was wasting my time and copays. Another plus with DrPatel is that hes under a program in which if you have insurance you get your pills for free and creams and gels.. my skin is now spotless and better than ever thanks to drPatel

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. Everyone was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Over the years I have seen many different dermatologist and have never felt as confident as I have leaving Dr. Patels office. I have suffered with eczema my entire life and never found a doctor that took the time to really listen to all I had to say and really make a proper recommendation for medicine and relief. Not only was Dr. Patel able to prescribe the correct medicine, but also educated me and gave me tips on how to help prevent future flare-ups when my skin is doing well. Overall great experience. Needless to say, I will now be a patient for life. If you are looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

I am completely satisfied with my entire experience with Dr. Patel and his staff. I was able to be scheduled very quick despite the short notice. Dr. Patel made me feel very comfortable and he has the best medical assistant. Dr. Patel made sure I was educated on how to take my prescription and also how to care for my incisions. I left Dr. Patels office with a smile on my face. I was previously going to Dr. Morrell and I am so happy i made the decision to change to Dr. Patel. He is also very comical. :) I will be recommending all of my friends and family to him.

Great experience with Dr.Patel. He really brought me at ease and comfortable with my visit. His assistant was great. The staff is really professional. I called the morning before and was in the next day. I was worried not having insurance but Patel really helps with cost. I previously was with Morrel in Beaumont and I absolutely did not like the service I was in and out in 15min that was including wait time, I felt like I was not getting any kind of personal attention. I definitely recommend Dr. Patel office and staff.

There was a bit of a wait but it soon became apparent that he was very busy when my niece and I were place into a room. After he came to see us he did a great job of making my niece, shes four, relax. His treatment was fast and he gave clear concise instructions on what to do later in the day. I definitely recommend seeing him.

I have brought my son here now for the 4th or 5th time. Each time nothing changes each time we are told to come back again. Pay 25 dollars and start over. Not happy at all. This place is slow. Isnt the first time either. We show up on time. He never gets even close to time. 30 minutes late currently

I was very upset. I waited 2 hours for him to see my daughter. After that wait he said there want anything else to do for her acne. So basically I waited 2 hours for absolutely nothing. It was a complete joke.
