I went with my brother to support him when he went in to to get his wart lazered on June 23rd 2011. This was his 4th visit to the clinic. I was horrified at how he was treated. In previous visits the specialist, Heather Wencel, did not do a thorough treatment and when he mentioned this to her, Heather denied that there were any untreated areas without looking where he had pointed. This was humiliating to watch, I cant imagine how my brother must have felt. Yes, warts do often need frequent treatments, but they were so unkind to him. She didnt seem to grasp that his foot needs to heal for some time before they can give another treatment. With what she was advising, they may as well have just cut off both his toes. I was hoping to ask Heather some questions or state some concerns but any attempt to have a dialogue was quickly cut-off. In fact, Heather Wencel asked for silence while she was treating him, but just a few seconds later she began to talk to us, which was confusing and scary because she was holding the lazer gun. When we responded to her that we would like her to concentrate and not talk as -she- had asked for, we were told we were being rude and that she had asked us not to speak! When she had finished treating him she prepared to leave the room WITHOUT applying band-aids to his burned toes. (My mother asked her to do it). Heather Wencel had no gentle bedside manner or compassion, or ability to work with my brother. When my brother started to tremble slightly, she asked very abruptly if he had eaten any breakfast and "-Why- are you shaking?". DUH. Cant she see the toes turning black and blue? Does she not know how painful the treatment is? DO NOT GO THERE. We offered them feedback and told them we were uncomfortable with Heather, and they called us back the same day to tell us that they will not treat my brother anymore. This is truly unprofessional conduct. Now we are looking for another clinic and it will cost extra for the intake appointment when he probably only needs 1 more treatment.

I have had some very serious patches of psoriasis on my elbows and shins for about ten years. I cant count how many creams and ointments I have tried with no success over the years, but Dr. Carney finally did something that worked for me. With some teeny tiny injections beneath the surface of my patches, they finally went away to the point that they are not noticeable. He told me that it wont last forever but im okay with that! Ill just be back for more when it does. Dr. Carney is a terrific dermatologist and has taken wonderful care of me over the years. I highly recommend him.

Just like most other doctors offices they way overbook their schedule so that they are able to maximize their profits. They do this with no regard to customer service whatsoever. I visited their Burnsville location on 2 seperate occasions due to a wart on my daughters hand. Both times the wait time exceeded most other doctors ive ever been to, about 40 minutes past scheduled time. As for the care: the wart on my daughters hand is gone after only 2 treatments and Dr. Heather Smith seems to know what she is doing when it comes to the warts on the hands.

Very poor! I went in to routinely check my moles for cancer and they ended up charging over $500 for the doctor to look at my moles for 10 minutes, cut off one that she said was certain was not cancerous, and then charged $175+ to analyze it and tell me definitively was not cancerous. My insurance covers 100% preventative, but they dont have the codes to tell insurance it is preventative so I got billed for the whole cost. Very frustrated with this doctors office and I will never go back there again.

I have been going to Skin Speaks Spa for over 5 years and am always amazed at their knowledge on all the latest advancements in the industry. I recently have seen Yone for Botox and Juvaderm and was very happy with her explanation of what those products will do for me and how they actually performed. I am a very satisfied repeat customer! I am considering the Sculptra filler as well and will probably try that next. Great salon, technicians, and Dr. Carney is wonderful too!

Awful!!! I had a rash from head to toe,which turned into lesions and they had the gall to say I have been doing it to myself and that I need "mental medicine" mind u he didnt even examine me!!! I wouldnt go to these people if they were the last doctors on the planet!!! BEWARE

Worst Dermatology clinic I have ever been to. They rushed me through my appointment and I felt like a number. Then when it came to my bill, I never received it and sent me to collections without calling me. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

A small cancerous spot was found on my forehead. Dr. Carney used the "MOHS" treatment in removing it. Noone can even see the scar. It was a wonderful experience and I will return to this clinic with any skin issues I have in the future.

I recently have seen Yone for the Sculptra filler. I am so.... thrilled with the results. Everyone in the Skin Speaks Spa is very gracious and accomodating and very punctual. Thank you everyone at Skin Speaks.
