I have a profound hearing loss and have struggled with using hearing aids for the past 20 years. My family has invested over $10,000 in aids that I never wore and ended up in a drawer. After much mental, professional, and family distress my HUSBAND finally stepped in to help me. He did lots of research and found that I had been seeing NON hearing professionals who simply were not qualified to treat a hearing loss. They were licensed to SELL them but thats the extent of the help they could provide me. Finally he found Dr. Heidi at Hearing Health Clinic. I have to say that this has been the best thing that has happened to me. Her knowledge and understanding of hearing loss is amazing. She has the technology and the skills to treat my loss and even provided me with a financial solution that kept the cost of the aids doable. I wish I would have done this years ago! I love my Widex devices. From the minute I walked into the clinic I felt like I was among friends. The whole staff: Dr. Heidi, Jamie, Mary and Wendy treated my with respect and courtesy. Heidi worked with me to quickly deliver my hearing aids, and worked with my insurance to offer me a financial solution I could live with. I worried about the way I would look wearing hearing aids, but its been since Thanksgiving and only one person has noticed: my daughter happened to be standing behind my shoulder and noticed the clear tube going into my ear. Even my wife had to have them pointed out to her on the day I got them. I dont have to have the TV turned up as loudly as I did and conversations are not interrupted by my constantly saying "what" . Turns out the world is a noisy place! Thanks again Hearing Health clinic! Im a very satisfied and grateful customer.

I am an Audiology graduate student and have worked at Hearing Health clinic for the last six months. I have had such a positive experience working with the team at Hearing Health Clinic. Dr. Heidi has an excellent relationship with her patients and takes as much time as she needs to help solve their hearing concerns. Shes knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to her patients hearing health. She has all the tools and equipment to maintain and fine tune hearing aids to each individual patient. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made me feel comfortable and at home as soon as I walked in. Great products and competitive pricing. I like their a la carte approach, where you can take advantage of as much of their services as you choose. Not one large lump sum like some providers. Very helpful with all details (insurance, etc.). They do not push one particular product like some places. I was given the opportunity to evaluate different manufacturers and make up my mind regarding what worked best for me. I highly recommend Hearing Health Clinic to anyone with hearing needs.

VERY friendly consumer oriented service!! I cant say enough good things about the time and effort put into making sure I was completely satisfied with my hearing aids. I have had hearing evaluations elsewhere, but none were as complete as the one I received from Dr Heidi Hill. Plus, she didnt rush me or push one product over another. She evaluated what I want from my hearing aids and made recommendations accordingly. I highly recommend her for anyone suffering from hearing loss.

It was good. However the person cleaning my hearing aides did not introduce herself and that would have been helpful. I had to ask her who she was, that she was a student working with Heidi. Otherwise I felt heard and my questions were answered.
