If I could give them zero stars, I would. The whole billing experience was horrific. I work in healthcare and to say this was a mistake would be an understatement - the whole process was a complete hassle and not focused on the patient. The way they do business is atrocious. My husband took our 5-year-old here to get cavities filled and inquired about the cost difference between the white and silver fillings. I was originally quoted about $1,700 as I wanted to do the white fillings. We were told the silver fillings would only be $400, so although I didnt want her to have a mouthful of the icky silver ones, we agreed for $1,300 and the fact that theyre baby teeth, we should go that route. When he took her in, he was charged $240. We thought that sounded correct for the first appointment of two...until we received a bill in the mail for nearly $600! So the $400 worth of work was actually going to be more like $1,600 due to there being two appointments, in which case I would have gone with the white option to begin with had we known. Now my kindergartner has silver fillings galore when the cost for white would have been negligible. Im furious that because of their poor communication and billing, she has to live with this until they fall out. After going back and forth with them for weeks (associates and management both), were finally just going to pay the bill and go elsewhere. On one of the many occasions I had to deal with them over the phone, an associate told me "well, your husband was the one who signed both of these quotes." I asked them to email them to me. Several days letter, I received an email with these documents and neither were signed. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere thats going to be transparent and truthful with services and billing. We learned the hard (and expensive) way not to deal with Metro Dental and will be going to a very highly recommended pediatric dental office for further services. Ive also canceled my upcoming appointment with them - our family wont be dealing with this company any longer and I will be telling my network not to either.

Both my childrens first couple appointments went really well. It was when we agreed to fill two small cavities on my 3 year old with out any numbing that it got bad. When she cried saying it hurt dr mani got frustrated with her and kept telling her it didnt hurt and then sternly told my 3 year old that I would be mad at her if she didnt stop crying. I remember getting cavities drilled and filled. It is not pleasant and to say that to a 3 year old is completely unacceptable. Dr mani then tried to convince me that my daughter was never in any pain. My daughter is still traumatized of the dentist. They also keep billing me wrong saying I owe money when I dont. This issue was resolved once after weeks of going back and forth I had to show them where they messed up and it happened again. We will not be going back.

Very inadequate in dealing with insurance. Simple cleaning for my child which is covered under insurance and six months later Im still dealing with them incorrectly submitting insurance codes for payment. This has been a complete nightmare. We will be looking for our dental needs elsewhere.
