We were charged for treatments that were not authorized previous to administration. If we had been made aware of the circumstances we could have had a chance to discuss other options and would have sought them out. To a full family, a extra 30 dollars per cat is a lot of money. I felt we were being taken advantage of. Kinda like bringing your car into the shop for a oil change and leaving with a set of wheel bearing, tires and bells and whistles. Very untrustworthy and dishonest behavior. Maybe this isnt typical of premier, I dont know.. But I sure will not be going back to see.

This place was wonderful. My family and I were visiting from out of town and were in desperate need of emergency vet care. It was late and I didnt expect anyone to answer, so I was very surprised to actually hear a real live voice on the other end of the line and not a recording! Dr. Rundquist did a great job of helping us that night - thank you! If we lived closer, we would definitely bring our furry family members here for all of their care.
