I will always refer friends and family to All Pets Medicine because of the wonderful and friendly staff and excellent care they provide my pets. I trust them implicitly. One time I rescued a cat who was severely malnourished and dehydrated and rushed him in unannounced. They immediately took him and provided him such good care he recovered completely. They also helped with outsourcing such as with For Pets, and he was placed in a good foster home. A couple of years ago, my beloved Guinness kitty developed cancer. Dr. Klein and his team did everything possible to save him, including a delicate surgery that gave Guinness more time. And I was kept informed and asked what I wanted for my kitty. When the cancer spread and Guinness started to suffer, Dr. Klein was so compassionate and understanding, and that helped to make that horrible experience liveable when I realized I had to let Guinness go. I had "alone time" with Guinness to say goodbye, and they let me take my time getting enough composure to leave the clinic when he was gone. They were even worried if I was okay to drive home. Now that is something special. I will always refer everybody to All Pets. They are very professional and compassionate and do their very best!

Our 12 year old dog got hurt on the farm. We couldnt get in to see our regular vet and a friend recommended All Pets in Mapleton. They were able to see Josie (our dog) within an hour. She had a dislocated hip. They did a wonderful job and explained what they were going to do. They even talked about sending her home with a pain management plan. My friend said they will treat Josie like a person and when they used the phrase "pain management" I really felt they loved our dog as much as our family did. The process of healing is still going on (not with the hip) and they call to check on her periodically. Dr Klien and Dr Stone were wonderful...my husband refers to Josie going to the vet as Josie going to the spa. She doesnt mind when we have to leave her over night. I am so pleased our friend referred us as I am sure we would be without Josie today.

I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Klein and his staff. Every pet gets his full attention while he is examining them. When he is done....then he takes time to explain to the pet owners exactly what the problem is and what our options are. He cared for a dog of ours with a chronic leg injury. He was so compassionate to the dog and to us. We exhausted all the exams, tried every thing he suggested and he kept telling us that what it came down to was that it was his job and ours to manage the pain and keep our beloved boy comfortable, which we did for a long time. When it was no longer possible to do that and we were faced with the decision to put our pet down everyone on the staff was so wonderful. They took care of all of us that day. I recommend them every chance I get. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Tim Klein and his staff at All Pets have gone above and beyond for our animals. Whether it was an emergency surgery on a Friday afternoon that ended with keeping our dog through the weekend to make sure everything was healing properly or a quick stop in appointment for an allergy problem there has never been a bad experience. There are never any procedures completed without knowing cost, possible reactions or long term side effects and healing time as well. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and go above and beyond with suggestions and always do follow up calls after the appointment to check in and verify the treatments and healing progress. I would definitely recommend All Pets to anyone who has a new pet or looking for a place that is reasonable and caring.

I got my dog from a rescue and she had what we thought was a tumor in her eye. I brought her to All Pets to have it checked out and removed. I received a call from Doctor Klein saying that it had actually been a bebe gun pellet near her eye. I am so thankful for all that All Pets was able to do for my dog. They were extremely helpful and were more than helpful the three or four times I called during the days after the surgery with questions. My dog went back in for a check up after her "interesting" surgery and I was not charged for the quick visit. I was recommended to All Pets from a friend and since going there I definatly recommend them!!!

Dr. Tim Klein and Dr. Stone and the staff are all wonderful, compassionate people who really love animals and what they do. Every time I have a checkup for my cat, they are focused and truly into their patient. I am always told what is recommended before any procedures are done, and they are willing to work with them and payments. Even though I moved away from Mapleton, I will always go there, and recommend others to do the same. They even will reemberse for gas and take care of senior citizens. How many places can say they do that? This is this best Veterinarian to go to ever.

Rescued a cat, came in for an emergency call. The vet (owner as well) was professional that night, however the next day when I picked up the cat and got the bill, he charged me for things we did not discuss him doing nor did I authorize him to do so. When we conversed over the bill (via phone) be belittled me, was very arrogant and never budged on the bill. $350 is way to much for a cat wound. He also blamed the outcome of the cats healing on another vet. Very unprofessional, very arrogant and very spendy!

I have had great experiences with this Veterinarian Clinic for years with my pets. With coping with cancer to a great golden retriever that was only 7, helping me make the best decision on what was best for him. On a sweet girl that was old and feeble again not able as the owner to make the humane decision. Also on a great bulldog that I thought I was going to lose at a young age and they made him as good as new. Thank You All Pets for all you have done for us! I highly recommend this Veterinarian Clinic.

We were there today and our experience was wonderful. Besides being an excellent vet, Dr, Klein and his staff recognized that cost was an issue so he laid out a couple of different options, his recommendations and the cost of each. His staff was diligent with the follow up questions we needed answered. This was my 18 year old sons first time with being the adult in charge of decision making for his pet and it was a great experience.

Dr. Klein is always wonderful with all my questions and my animals. Even when I have had a pet past away and brought him in to be cremated the staff was so wonderful and caring. They sent me a sympathy card in the mail too. Thank you for your wonderful service.
