I was horrified when I saw how much they billed my insurance company for basic tests. $678.00 for an EKF is outlandish. The standard charge for this test is under $200.00. They also charged $3,000 for blood work. This was not out of the ordinary blood work..basic things that you get for a physical. When you have to pay 20% this really adds up. When I spoke to my insurance company they advised to go anywhere else for lab work as this is a known practice. My last EKG at another facility was billed at $176.00-reasonable and customary. I wont be going back to this horrible place. They are a big part of the problem..price gouging and causing excessive coinsurance payments and payouts from insurance companies.

Front desk clerks are very unprofessional , they have horrible communication problems at this clinic. Office Management is definitely lacking in this facility . The employees act as if they hate you and are rude at best. Do not ask any questions at all on phone or leave any messages because most to Esther will not even return calls . If your are waiting on test result be prepared to possibly never even get them. Ive found out from outside doctors more about my health than by this clinic.

Had a two week check up for my newborn, the doctor tells me I need to feed her more because she hasnt gained much weight. Called to make a 2 month wellness check up and the receptionist couldnt find a record of her ever being seen at the office. If I could give less stars, I would.
