After many years of playing basketball several times a week I began to experience a lot of lower back pain after playing. Stretching out always helped to alleviate pain but eventually even that was not working so after talking with a friend I decided to look for a more permanent solution ---- through a friend I discovered the team from Mid America Spine. Dr. Bob took the time to do a very thorough examination and laid out a specific treatment plan. Over the course of several visitors I began to experience less and less pain each time I worked out. After about six months of treatment I feel so much better.

Dr. Bob and his team are understanding, organized, educated and above all friendly and helpful! They will go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. I had chronic back and shoulder pain. Dr. Bob sent me to get an MRI for the lower back and hip. His plan was to get spine re-shaped by manipulation and follow up with physical therapy by Karen( in his office). Today was the 9th visit of 12 and between these two professionals I am well on the way to a full rehab. And after 10 months of other chiropractors, surgeons, physical therapists and pain management "specialists and chronic pain I am lets just say... relieved!

Dr. Bob is the man. Plainly put, he turned my life around. I am a power lifter (lifting heavy weights multiple times a week) and had to stop pretty much all together until I met Dr. Bob. As with any chiropractor, the first few weeks were rough with the adjustments, but following week 3 my chronic pain dissipated and walking around was no longer painful. Been going to Bob for 8 years whenever have Back, neck, issues, or any type of Sports Injury. I now make Spinal Decommpression a regular part of my life. Years ago when had a bad neck problem that led to atrophy on my right side went to Bob everything he told me was correct (confirmed by the Orthopedic surgeon as well as MRI) Never had surgery done as was not needed but rehab was and am completely back. Had a car wreck and my back never felt right for over 3 years. I heard about Dr. Bob from a friend. He does a really great job and takes the time to listen and work with me so I appreciate that. I have been to the clinic about 10 times now and I am feeling much better. The lower back pain is gone. The rehab therapy really works as long as I stay diligent and follow the exercises.
