He has been my doctor for 6 years now. I see comments about the wait times and yes you will wait an hour and a half to two hours past your appointment time to see him sometimes and you will sit out in that waiting room and get upset and wonder what is taking so long, you may even be pissed by the time you get back there especially with a toddler you had to bring along, and they dont go by appointment time if mine was at 2 and someone elses was at 230 and and for some reason they showed up really early and got there 2 minutes before me they would go first, even though I was on time for my appointment and they were early for theirs which is really frustrating at times...however!! When you get back there and you see dr camejo all that doesnt seem to matter because he is that great of a doctor he really cares about you and the baby and keeps the conversation going just all around a great guy!! Which is why I gave him five stars its not about the wait times its about the quality of care! Ive heard rumors he is retiring soon I really hope those are false!! If you are looking for a great doctor look no further youve found the best one! :)

Ive seen the complaints here about waiting time for your appointments. Dr. Camejo is "late" to a lot of his appointments because he is THERE when youre in labor. If youre waiting in his office pay your appointment time, its because hes delivering a baby, personally. I had the most incredible birthing experience with him, and it was because he took the time to really BE THERE for the labor and delivery process. This was an experience that doctors simply dont find important anymore. Doctors today show up at the last minute, deliver the baby, and leave. Doctor Camejo was THERE to reassure me through the whole experience. Yes, you wait for appointments, but he absolutely explains where he has been, reminding you that, when its your turn, you will get the same level of prioritized attention. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor. This is what a birth experience should be and what doctors shield still be doing.

I have high standards on picking my Dr, and I am very picky, Dr. Camejo is a wonderful Dr, very kind and professional, very knowledgeable, very focused on you and what you are saying, he actually listens to you and is genuinely interested in what your telling him instead of trying to get through to the next patient which is why yes you do have to wait but thats because hes with a patient and hes not rushing them but being a great Dr. His staff also, especially Logan who I dealt with, was just as wonderful, very focused on me and why Im there, very knowledable very sweet, and listened to everything I had to say, I STRONGLY recommend Dr. Camejo, and Id easily wait twice as long to get the great patient care I recieved

The fact that Dr. Camejo took the time to see me and address concerns with my pregnancy even though he was only filling in for my actual doctor while my doctor was out was extremely phenomenal. I feel like he really does have a passion for his job and patients. He makes sure the patients he sees gets the best care possible and makes sure they feel comfortable with the care and treatment they are getting. I really wished he was my actual doctor because I feel like my doctor doesnt compare. I will be definitely trying to switch doctors so I can be seen by Dr. Camejo.

Dr. Camejo has been my dr since 2008! He was there with my first miscarriage & surgery following it, delivered my first baby boy, my baby girl, sat at my bedside while my appendix was bursting, because he thought it may have been a tubal pregnancy. He let my husband help deliver our third baby. And i am now seeing him again with our 4th baby on the way. He is hands down the best doctor! Very funny, very kind, caring, compassionate and professional. Totally worth the wait time in the office!

20 years as my Dr, not just my ob/gyn. Ive literally put my life in his hands and allowed him to be the sole decision maker during very risky surgery with a team of surgeons. Im healthy. My two kids, both delivered via c section with Dr. Camejo, are very healthy. Yes, you will wait. But I would camp out on the sidewalk for an appointment with him. Absolute best bedside manner, kindest, gentlest, smartest Dr Ive ever dealt with. Did I mention TWENTY YEARS???

I Love Dr. Camejo. His staff is awesome. I loved his Nurse Practitioner (Stacy, I think) And he was great during delivery. He came to visit me even before it was time to push and helped me decide to get an epidural. Then when I was pushing and starting to tear he asked if I wanted him to make an incision or just tear naturally. I didnt want to be cut so he didnt and I am so grateful. Some doctors will just cut without even asking.

Dr. Camejo is amazing! He helped us with all of our questions was very supportive in our decisions and delivered our beautiful baby girl May 1st of this year. If you are looking to stay away from inductions or epidurals though just know that is what he prefers. He likes controlled fast labors and will suggest this option more than once but when my husband and I decided on the natural route we took he supported us.

I just switched to Cox and I checked his reviews which i had high hopes for. Turns out, if you an office thats never open and rarely gets back to you at a decent time, this is the place to go. Dr. Camejo seems wonderful, from the whole 10 minutes I saw him but getting blood work and a call back is like pulling teeth.. Ill most likely be finding a different place by the beginning of the year.
