On 12/11/2015, my DIL went into labor 10 weeks early. Her OB was away and Dr. Ting was covering for him. We were new to the area, DIL was young and this was her first baby and..it was very early! Dr. Ting kept the entire family updated on momma and baby progress, explained what he was doing and why, and was able to keep the little one inside until the agreed date of 12/13/2015..when her regular OB delivered the baby. Flash forward..my daughter is pregnant and seeing an OB. She has been shuffled off to several OBs in the practice and is concerned about her care. August 2016, she is 7 months pregnant and approaches Dr. Ting to take over her care and bless that man, he does! There were issues..to much amniotic fluid, ect..but..on 10/26/2016..Dr. Ting delivered a perfect baby boy! Dr. Ting allowed 4 family members in the room and really made it such a GREAT experience for a first time momma, a "smother", and the family. Daughter goes in for an after delivery check up. Dr. Ting discovered some very abnormal cells and situations. The next few weeks were appointments, biopsies, removal of portions of the cervix, ect.. Dr. Ting went above and beyond explaining tests, impact on her life and future, and what was going on. My daughter was lucky..it was not cancer and Dr. Ting got everything under control. How much do we trust Dr. Ting and his staff?? While my daughter was going through the above..we drove 170 miles round trip for each appointment with Dr. Ting!! He is the only OB we will use and we will continue driving the 170 miles to do so!! My DIL is scheduled to see him next week for infertility treatment and I will be seeing him next month for "women problems". I would recommend Dr. Ting to everybody..without hesitation!!

Dr. Tings radiologist diagnosed a birth defect of our child without allowing the Dr. to do it. They didnt have the knowledge to answer any questions related to the bomb they had just dropped on us. When we started asking questions she kept saying "youll have to ask the doctor". Towards the end he scheduled an induction (we later found out) on the same day as two other mothers at the hospital. As a result he was pumping my wife full of petosin trying to rush the delivery. He recommended an immediate C Section. We put our foot down and took control back. Thirty minutes later we had our perfectly healthy daughter in our arms with no complications. Experiences like this very much show people the value of having a medical professional as invested in your delivery as you. Im writing this as I literally sit in their parking lot (them 15 mins late so far back from lunch) waiting to get some records.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tings since 2011. Hes the best doc I could ask for honestly. Hes delivered both of my sons. My second son was born on January 6th 2016. I had a C-section with him and during my delivery I had what is called an amniotic fluid embolism. Its where some of the amniotic fluid gets into the blood stream during or shortly after delivery and the body treats it as an allergic reaction, shutting down the brain, heart and respiratory system. Its an extremely rare condition, so rare in fact out of 100,000 people, it may happen to 10 and out of the 10, only 1 will live to tell their story. Dr. Ting (whom had never dealt with it before) had literally seconds to respond in order to save my life and for me to not suffer permanent brain damage. Thanks to him, I am alive and well today. If theres ever a doctor one can say they fully trust, its Dr. Ting

Dr. Ting is an amazing Doctor he has been my OB for 10 years. He has delivered two of my babys and Im currently expecting a third. Dr. Ting is great if I ever have any issues with anything not just my Pregnancy needs he is always there to help figure out any other health problems I have questions about. Everytime Ive delivered he has made sure that Im completely comfortable. He is very attentive and always makes you feel at ease. Out of all my doctors Dr.Ting is the doctor I trust above all of them.

I was greeted with nothing but smiles from the reception area as well as when I went into the back with the nurses and the doctor! He is very thorough and gets right to the point and doesnt beat around the bush about anything which most doctors dont do. He reassured any concerns I had and made me feel very at ease! So glad that I found a new obgyn that I feel comfortable with as well as to do so my deliveries and surgeries from now on!!!

I went to Dr Tings office for the first time today -- ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! The entire staff was super friendly and nice! Dr Ting is super funny, makes sure to ask if you have any questions, and makes sure he covers everything thoroughly and gets you everything you need! He made the visit very comfortable! Glad I found a doctor in Springfield! I would definitely recommend this facility!

He is a good dr. His front desk staff are not friendly though. Talking about me calling in and needing care for my yeast infection(in the waiting area I could hear the conversation sitting far away) and acting like it was a problem I was there. I hope they get better staff soon. The nurses are awesome and nice.

He delivered my second baby. It was taking forever it seems but as soon as he walked in he took a look realized she was stuck on my pubic bone. He quickly readjusted her and less than 7 minutes later she was here. He did an amazing job. Currently pregnant with my 3rd and he will be delivering this baby aswell

Hes a wonderful doctor! I highly recommend him! He listens, but dont except a warm welcome (and honestly I like that. Im not trying to make a best friend, I need a good doctor). Hes amazing and I will go back to him!
