Dr Jones is a great eye Dr. Always friendly and patient with my son. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the way the business is ran. The wait time is unbelievable! Its half a day at least. You go in and wait quite some time just to see the assistant and get a quick history and current issue check then go to another waiting room (much smaller one ) and wait even longer. Then see the good dr for less then 5 minutes. I literally waited for 3 1/2 hours on a visit about 6 months ago and when I saw Dr Jones he was in the room for 2 minutes and 45 seconds ( I timed it). I have had to cancel a few appointments after I was there for awhile because I couldnt wait any longer. They do not understand or care that his patients time is precious too. Sadly though He is the only opthamologist in town.

Lousy customer service. Drove all the way from Rolla, MO, two hours each way, for 10:30 appointment today only to find out that they decided to close. Now I have to wait another month for appointment. Claims they sent me a notice in the mail, but we never received one. Dr. Jones may be a great eye doctor, but the way his office is run leaves too much to be desired.

Really tries to make you comfortably, as good as he is, his demand is high so getting to use him was a blessing to me. Never could see as well as I can now.
