Czar Retch

Right from the first sentence spoken at the front desk just absolutely horrible experience. Women at the desk flew off the handle, showed zero professionalism or emotional control. Was demeaned on my first drug test ever taken because I asked about a bar code scan for an attachment through my work. Obviously nervous despite not doing any drug in my life my livelihood is on the line just wanted to get in and out. No courtesy, absolutely boorish and crude behavior. Never been spoken to like that anywhere in any public dealings in my entire life. If you must go there for something good luck to you. Better off paying out of pocket to go somewhere else if you want to be treated like an actual human being. What a hellhole.

Greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door. Possible wait time was communicated up front, but it was quicker than expected. Once I got to the back, the tech explained each step in the process and was extremely professional, yet friendly, the entire time. Before I left they explained the process for the results and I left.

I loved coming here, I was in and out with no problems . Sure beats the concentra in Wilmington MA. I waited over 3 hours at Wilmington for a quick drug test . Oh by the way theres a sweet keurig machine in NH, Ill be going here for fun now

The staff was very friendly. Clean office. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I did notice some days/times were busier than others. Overall it was very good!
