I have to agree with the previous reviewer ... There is a lack of verbal communication with this office and one of the women in there is terribly rude! They seem to have an older clientele base and are not great with kids/busy families. We had an missed appointment due to an honest mistake in our calender - I called to apologize and attempt to reschedule. At our next appointment I was greeted with a request to pay $50 without explanation - I spoke to them on the phone the week before and there was no mention of a fee - when I questioned it I was confronted aggressively by another office person -stating she told me about it - that never happened! I would have remembered it. I said I did not have the resource to pay this and this womens reply shocked me... She said - "then we will be cancelling the rest of your daughters appointments". Additionally, the facility is old looking and the equipment seemed out dated. Long story short - I am glad this happened because we are now with a group that cares about communication and kids

I highly recommend FlexPlus! They helped me with foot pain that had been getting worse over the last 3 years. I was able to have orthotics made at a far more reasonable cost than anywhere else (less than $300, compared to $400-$500 elsewhere). As a PT patient here, I felt heard and supported in taking responsibility for continuing my treatment at home. Their hours also accommodated my schedule including evening appointments. The staff is friendly, professional, compassionate, and experienced.

We had a very upsetting and disturbing experience with what I consider to be bad professional attitude and behavior, unprofessional communication and miscommunication, with their office and staff, one I have never experienced before, and would not want to repeat again. When it comes to caring for my family, I want the whole picture to come together. They are definitely missing some of the big elements that I need to manage care for my busy family in a positive and successful way.

While being treated @ FYZICAL I had the opportunity to work with all the Drs they have on staff. Each treatment was excellent, the communication between the staff there is great. I didnt have to go in repeating my symptoms over and over again... everyone there was on the same page. The goals for my recovery were clear, and they helped me to achieve it in a timely manner. The friendly staff made my experience great, and I looked forward to each appointment.

I had a lot of lower back pain when I was pregnant. My doctor suggested physical therapy but I was skeptical. I put it off for another month, but the farther along I got, the worse the back pain was. I chose FlexPlus (now Fyzical) because it is next to the train station and I could go after work. The therapists taught me exercises to do at home. I feel a lot better than when I walked in there.

Ive been to Flex Plus Fyzical Therapy for both a hamstring injury and diastasis recti. Both times, I not only healed, but I had fun at my PT sessions. The physical therapists here are personable and, more importantly, extremely knowledgeable. As an added bonus for those commuting into Boston via commuter rail, the office is right at the West Natick stop. Highly recommended!

The staff was uniformly friendly and more importantly extremely competent. There was great care taken with assessing the presenting problem. The step by step treatment modalities were all clearly explained and carefully demonstrated. I was impressed with the range of equipment available to work on all aspects of my leg injury. I was very pleased and am back in shape.

Its nice to have a mom and pop shop in this crazy world of big box therapy places. Plus to have an owner with three degrees behind her name is impressive, one being a doctorate in physical therapy. If you are looking for a peaceful environment to heal, this is the place. I highly recommend FYZICALs therapists.

I started PT after hip replacement surgery feeling I would never be able to move in certain ways again and be back to normal. With their help I am no longer feeling pain and am able to resume all my activities. I feel great and grateful to FYZICAL for helping me get to this point.

The staff at Fyzical (FlexPlus) Physical Therapy did a great job with the problems I had with my knee. They brought my knee back to normal They were so good there I went back for another problem I was having. Feeling much better. I highly recommend them.

Great Staff! Knowledgeable Therapists that truly care about me and my treatment. Each visit I am greeted by name and am made to feel like part of a family, not just another patient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs PT!!!!

Terrific and highly skilled team at Fyzical. IMO: Edit the decor tchokes in the therapy area and get rid of the negative administrative signage - it kills the healing vibe :)
