I had gone in there to get a cavity filled in the back tooth. The Dentist who worked on it did a good enough job. then they recommended I get a deep cleaning done as well its not needed but they would still recommend to do.so I went in for the deep cleaning and the lady vertically drilled away half my tooth in the back, then she steps away for a minute comes back changes the xray on the screen and continues on without bothering to tell me she screwed up. . I found out about the mistake they had made around 3 days later. No phone calls from them to apologize or to inform me of their mistake except a few weeks later to confirm the appointment for the other half of the face which I cancelled.

Cant say enough good things about Dr Zirkin and staff. I had an extraction/bone graft yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was(at least for me). Dr Zirkin and his assistant were incredibly gentle, professional and made me completely comfortable to the point that I was close to napping. The post procedure instructions were specific, clear and easy to follow. Most surprising and greatly appreciated was the follow up phone call I received from Dr Zirkin last night checking on my condition and to see if I had questions! Kudos to all the staff at Dr Zirkins office for their professional and caring demeanor.

Dont like going to the dentist, but I like all the dentists and hygenists I have seen at the group. I have had a few cavities done and they are very good with me and have a great bed side manner. My whole family goes here and they are very patient with the kids. When I had an emergency they got me in the next day of my call. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist. They came as a recommendation from a friend of mine when I was looking for a dentist in the area.

I have been going to Dr Kaplans andAssociates office for years now. I just went for a routine cleaning. Hygienist Lisa Took care of me this time. As Virginia, Lisa was very profesional, gentle and friendly. Thanks Lisa! and thank you for your tooth brushing tip! :) I also saw Dr. Wyrwa who has been taking care of my family and my teeth. He is great, specially with my kids :) And thank you Mary for always helping us with billing/insurance questions and acomodating our visits :)

Couldnt recommend this Dental group any more highly. Our family has been going there for almost 20 years. They have the utmost integrity which came to light when insurance changes made us seek a different in-network provider who recommended unnecessary treatments. We went back, and since then have worked with the insurance carriers they take. Love everyone from the hygienists to the doctors and office staff. Well automated now for appt reminders. I would never go any where else.

Mary, the office manager, is absolutely the best! We are extremely happy with all their services! The front office is awesome! The hygienists walk you through everything that they do and the dentists always take the time to talk to you and ask about changes, issues etc!

I went to this office for the first time today. I must say that this dental office is the best! Martina who cleaned my teeth was so thouorgh and experienced. Nobody had ever spent so much time to clean my teeth in the past. She did not use those horrible noisy machine, she just gently and carefully used her hands to clean. There was no waiting time, staff there are very nice and kind. Im so glad that I finally found a dental place that I can trust!

Every aspect of an office visit is excellent. From the time you enter the office you are greeted with a friendly smile from the office staff and the care provided by Dr. Nadkarni is truly exceptional. Dr. Nad and Val are a great team and always make you feel like you are getting the best possible advice and care. I love Doctor Kaplan and all of his crew. Ive been going to the office now for many years and the staff are always courteous friendly and work tirelessly for all patient satisfaction. I also would recommend Dr. Zirkin who just recently performed oral surgery on me. Where else today does the doctor call you this evening after your procedure personally and inquire as to how you were doing.

I did not waste even a minute of my time when I visited the office. This is the only office that will remind you of appointments by text way before your due date and follow it up with a phone call, very professional work right from reception desk up to the Doctors, that is the reason why I have not moved to another Dental Office since 2012 even when I change Insurance Carrier.

My family has been going to Dr. Nadkarni at this office for years and she is an amazing Dentist. She is very very gentle with not only children, but adults! The whole staff, especially MARY, are fabulous and warm people - not sure who would ever call her rude??? Going to this office for all these years has made getting dental work so much easier.

I always ask for Jill for my semI-annual checkups. She personable, professional and always makes me feel at ease. The best hygienist I think Ive ever had. I have had some work done by Dr. Olga Nagkarni, she is a perfectionist and takes every step to insure her work is 100% complete and the best it can be. I have total confidence in her ability.

So incredibly satisfied with Scott Zurkin, the periodontist, from this practice!! I just had a gum graft done yesterday by him. Im in so little pain that I felt no need to take any pain meds. He even called me to check in to see how I was doing. Ive been going to this practice for the past ten years, and Ive always been satisfied with the staff.

Jill has been my dental hygienist for 5 years, she is gentle, patient and beyond thorough with my cleanings and xrays. All the women at the front desk are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help me with my insurance coverage questions. I am extremely happy with all their services. I would not go anywhere else.

I would like to tell everybody who needs a reference of a dentist,I would not recomend Gold & Kaplan: Kaplan Paul D DDS them.I cant not tolerate their staff.Specially Mary.Please dont talk to her.She does not know how to talk to customer.Very rude.That is the reason I changed my dentist and I am happy that I did it.

Dr. Kaplan and associates are an amazing group of people. The doctors and staff are very professional and this practice should be a model for how a dental practice should be run. Aside of the Receptionists being always so nice and welcoming, Dr. Wyrwa @Paul Kaplan D.M.D.is probably the most gentle dentist I ever met. Always looking out for my comfort. His work is great. I rarely spend time braving, but Dr. Wyrwa, you deserve the podium! THANK YOU !! (patient for 10 years)
