I went in there to basically get a new dr and to refill my prescriptions. The receptionists dont seem to care about their patients and instead more bsing about their personal lives then to help the line of people waiting to talk to them. The "assessment" was more of an interrogation about your passed history with "drug abuse." I dont "abuse" drugs. They have a mandatory 18-24 hr a week 9am-3pm for all their patients and in order to get the proper help for your mental needs, you need to oblige by their drug testing and rehab program(before you see a real dr about your mental health). I felt like they were treating me as though I was a criminal even though I have absolutely no blemishes in my "criminal history." Meaning I have a clean record. They made me feel like it was my fault that I got cancer and was giving the chemo drugs necessary to keep me alive like it was a bad thing and i need extensive drug rehab for having CANCER. Completely ridiculous. Im not nor have i ever committed a crime outside of a speeding ticket and I dont feel its right to treat me that way all because GOD gave me leukemia and had me on medications to keep me ALIVE. The staff is quick to judge and dont really care what you have to say as long as they are getting paid. Your nor my health matters to these people, they only care about making money on their "Drug Rehab" Ponzi sceme.

too many patients, not enough staff, takes waaaayyyy too long to even get an appointment with a therapist and when you finally do its usually cancelled.

My therapist cancelled all my future appointments when i was going thru a crisis, The staff acted very poorly and rudely to me.
