The staff was friendly. I did not wait, I was the only one there. I never go to the doctor when I am sick, but after not being able to sleep for two nights, and going to work, I decided to go and maybe get some relief. I had a fever and a bad cough. Dr. Merewitz said it was viral and an antibiotic would not help. He said it has to run its course. That is fine, I agree. I asked for cough syrup. He said ok. He never sent the script to the pharmacy. The next day the pharmacy called urgent care and they ordered a similar to over the counter cough medicine (DM). Really, he couldnt prescribe a small quantity of cough medicine with codeine for me to take at night so I could get a night of sleep. Waste of time and waste of money. No relief, still coughing all night.

Worst experience ever...... if Doctor Simonian is there run away.... Could not understand her. I had an eye infection. Very rough and did not wait until the eye was numb before poking it with a swab. Called days later due to a side effect on the medication. No call back until almost closed. I was told that they were now closed. I explained that I called early enough and was put on hold. Nurse came back on and said that a new prescription would be called in. In short NEVER GO HERE......

There was an extremely long wait. About an hour and half. The staff to check me in was extremely patient and kind. When I was finally in examining room the nurse asked appropriate and thorough questions and the nurse practitioner came in about 10 minutes later and gave a full examination and asked about my medical history. Properly diagnosed me and sent in my prescriptions. All in all too about two hours but was a thorough and good experience.

Seen quickly by a doctor who explained my illness to me in a clear concise manner. Smaller waiting room but has a restroom in it, conveniently. Staff knowledgable and polite. Billed correctly.

In and out in less than 20 minutes, properly diagnosed and the even called 2 days later to see how I was doing. Havent had that experience with PA docs yet!
