Before this year I wouldve given them a four or five stars. But my last appointment and experience was so horrible and this is going back into November and Im still dealing with the problem now. Me and my daughter went to pick up our glasses and along with us were two other patients who were also picking up their glasses, the girl behind the desk just passed them all out, without checking to see if they fit because it was close to closing time. Oh my glasses never fit correctly and my daughters never fit correctly. I ended up having my second child in between all this and I am from a town thats a half hour away. So I went pregnant and was treated like we were bothering the girls working there. They we very very rude and unpersonable. Im a friendly person and they made me feel stupid for being nice. The way they should be. Then when we were picking our glasses out, we had to wait 20 minutes while the girls chit chatted in the back. The room was close to where we were so my daughter and I sat there just looking back and forth at each other wondering when we could get helped. So on top of the treatment, it was really inconvenient and hard to get back to get my daughters glasses fixed also because my infant was in the hospital for seven weeks after birth so it actually was impossible for us to get back up here to get her glasses fixed so my daughters glasses flew off her face every single time she looked down. And my glasses never fit correctly so I just stopped wearing them altogether. That was the first time they never sized our glasses to make sure they fit correctly behind our ears. Then I called to ask if we could come in and get them fixed and the only day I could come in was a Wednesday and the girl who I could tell was the same girl that just handed me and my daughter our glasses told me they were closed when you can clearly see on the website they are open. And I had a few appointments on a Wednesday night because Ive been with this doctor for a few years. My glasses not fitting right, was one thing, I just let it go but my daughters were a problem. She ended up trying to fix them herself and broke them because I would only let her use some tape to have grip behind her ear. Im a single mom with two kids and I lived far and it was just really hard to get back up I wasnt being neglectful before anybody thinks that. A few months ago I ended up calling and asking them to order me a new pair of glasses from my daughter and I would bring hers back to them when the new pair came in. The girl who I am assuming I could be wrong sounded like the same girl I had all the issues with told me they cannot do that. Even though the doctor herself told me they could so I waited a couple weeks to make sure I didnt get the same girl and I called back again and the new person that answered the phone help me right away and she ordered me new glasses with my daughter. Unfortunately it seems like they had one bad medical assistant that did not want to do her job and she severely affected my daughter and my life and now Im looking for a new eye doctor. Its a shame that one person can really ruin a persons experience with the doctor. Because the doctor is good. I have no complaints. Ive been with her, and my daughter and niece for years and she has always be good. Thats why I kept going back for years. Hopefully Dr. McBride has realized what kind of people she had working for her and she got rid of them. The only thing that would change me from going to a new doctor is if the doctor cleaned house and found better, more professional and simply nice people to work there and I will find out in the next couple days… Im not very optimistic because of the most recent reviews of people who seem to have had the same or similar

THE WOREST EYE DOCTOR OFFICE IN N.J.!!! As a mother, its extremely important who treats my childs eyes, and I wouldnt recommend Healthy Eye Visions services to anyone. The office staff is rude, disrespectful and has no professionalism. I truly wonder if Dr. McBride knows, how they treat her patients or if she even cares?? They also believe that they are above the federal HIPAA regulations that govern individuals protected personal information as they dont treat it securely. If you are looking for a "great", dedicated eye doctor, continue your google search as Healthy Eyes Vision is not your place!! I COULDNT POST THIS WITH NO STARS, SO IM FORCED TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR THAT THEY DONT DESERVE!!

The place is falling down, first impression not good. Some of the workers are very pollite, however some are just straight up disrespectful. Their knowledge in eye vision is not the best either. My little brother went in for contacts and eye glasses. Contacts were fast, but the glasses took more than a month. When they finally arrived, he complaint he couldnt see from his left eye, they proceeded to re cut the class. This improved his left eye vision but it wasnt a great improvement. They started to give me a million and 1 excuses and hung up the phone on me, not once but twice. I wouldnt risk coming here.

HEALTHY EYES is the WORST!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE!!!! DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. The office personnel (Giselle) has on multiple visits over the years continued to be the horrible. There is no accountable for there mistakes or the lab they use. Last year it took almost 4 months for my wifes glasses to be ready. Now this year my daughter dropped off her expensive Fendi frames to have her lenses put in. The lab broke the frames and refuses to take responsibility. The eye doctor refuses to take responsibility and provide any refund. All everyone says go buy new frames. WHAT A JOKE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This was an establishment that I have patronized for the past 14 years. But after my final visit this past week, I will never visit this busines again. I was very disappointed with her billing techniques and prices. I went to another doctor and got the same service and contacts for my daughter free with my insurance, without paying 160.00 dollars she was trying to charge me. And yes, there was no "out of pocket expense" either. I warned all my friends and family to be ware, because something very fishy is going on with her PRICES on everything.

DO NOT GO HERE!! WORSE PLACE EVER!!! SIMPLY THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN LIFE. NOT ONLY THEY OVERCHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY BUT ALSO CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WHICH MY INSURANCE WAS SUPPOSE TO COVER...AND STILL DIDNT FULFILL THEIR JOB!! EVERYONE IS RUDE HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS A NEW STAFF!!
