I had an awful experience at Eyestyles of Woodbridge and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone unless you "get off" on horrible service. The doctor was professional but his front office staff were the worst. First they cancelled my original appointment without leaving a voice mail message and after I eventually saw the doctor and chose eye-wear I was "over-invoiced". My insurance gave a $150 allowance for frame + 20% of the difference and they invoiced $105 instead. I told them I would think about out it, went home and called my insurance who verified my benefits. I returned to Eyestyles of Woodbridge (the same day) and related to them that I was invoiced incorrectly. Incredulously, she simply took the printout I had, press a couple keys on her computer keyboard and printed out another invoice and informed me that the price had been revised and asked if I planned to go ahead with the order. She (Jamie) didnt apologize for the error on the invoice, or appear contrite whatsoever so I declined. She then handed me my prescription, letting me know that I was free to get a quote for eye-wear elsewhere. I have never felt so disrespected in my life.

Absolutely awesome! Jaime is the BEST. I have a rare astigmatism that prevented me from wearing contact lenses comfortably. I visited the store a number of times as my contacts continued to be problematic. Constant irritation and continous shifting made it almost impossible to keep them in. Jamie went above and beyond to find me the most comfortable lenses available. After the 3rd set of lenses, I was able to return to the store with no irritation or misalignment. I was finally able to wear contact lenses Thanks to Jamies perserverence. I purchased a new pair of glasses and a pair of Ray Bans as well. I have since then recommended Eye Styles to all of my friends and family. My Dad and Step Mother goto Eyestyles as well, my Step Mother loves that Eyestyles keeps such a large selection of frames. Great place, Great people, Great service.

Office personnel that helped with my childrens frame purchase was Terrible. Would never return. Extremely high prices. Will not allow to see nor purchase the lower cost frames, because was told that they are for other kind of patients with different insurance. Guided to expensive frames for the children. Paid extra for protection insurance when in most, if not all other retailers, childrens frames include protection insurance. In general they seem to care more about making money and ambushing you to expensive glasses than to help you with finding what is affordable to you. Eye glasses are behind the counter so you can not see for yourself the prices or patiently look at what you really like. The eye doctor was okay. So if necessary you could get an exam, get your prescription and go elsewhere for your frames/ lenses.

Eyestyles of Woodbridge is the best eye glass store around ! The owner Jamie and her team really care and take pride in their work. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful to assist you in making the perfect choice in eyewear for you and your entire family. I had a bad experience in one of the chain eye glass stores. I took my frames to Eyestyles and they fixed them for me. This will be the only place I go in the future for all of my eyewear needs. The store is beautiful and well kept. They have a great selection of frames and lenses available. I highly recommend Eyestyles of Woodbridge!

Really terrific service, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile with insurer to make sure I got the lenses I needed. The selection was great and the saleswoman Jamie gave me exactly the help I needed. She offered advice and suggestions but she wasnt in any way pushy. All of the staff at the store seemed patient and friendly and made buying the right pair of glasses easy! I would highly recommend this place!

Loveeeee this place. Great service and the sweetest owner! From the girl behind the desk, to the dr, to the owner= A+ .... the owner Jamie took the time to help me select frames perfect for me and i really appreciated that. The selection they have is awesome.

really zero stars. Terrible place. Especially the pigs that work behind the counter. They are ghetto over the phone, they dont ever do what they are supposed to do. Low lives. The Dr. was lousy. The old in and out treatment.
