Doctor Fenton is an excellent veterinarian. My boyfriend and I adopted a kitten together and she was a sweet little girl named Minnie. After her first veterinarian appointment, she had been diagnosed with Feline Leukemia, a fatal and incurable disease that weakens the immune system (usually kittens/cats live to be about 3 years old). Within a few weeks she came down with a fever and her abdomen became bloated. After multiple visits with Dr. Fenton and many tests later, she was also diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis, which is another fatal incurable disease. Dr. Fenton and the ladies at the front desk were with us every step of the way with comforting advice. He helped us a lot with the cost of our sick little kitty and was very comforting throughout the process. Unfortunately Minnie passed away in her sleep about a week later. I would highly recommend bringing your pets to Dr. Fenton if you want a doctor who truly cares about what he does. Thanks Ramtown Animal Hospital!!

We have been going to Dr. Fenton and Ramton Animal Hospital for 8 years with our cats, Tux and Tails. Tails developed Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUID) in 2009 and we had to monitor him and of course put both cats on a special diet. He ended up having to have emergency surgery to save his life one weekend as a result of some difficulties he was having, and Dr. Fenton was quick to call us back when we left a message, to tell us what he thought it was and where we needed to go right away since it was the weekend. The staff has been great in helping us manage this chronic condition, but Tails is doing great (so is Tux!). Our almost 6 year old son loves to go to the office to get the cat food for "the boys" and looks forward to our annual visit, although Tux and Tails dont!

I have been bringing my dog to Ramtown Animal Hospital since he was a puppy. I never have any difficulty making an appointment and I always find that the receptionists are very polite and eager to help book an appointment at my earliest convenience. My dog can be difficult to work with but the amazing doctors at Ramtown have never batted an eyelash when Harvey starts growling. In fact, they stand there petting him and feeding him treats throughout the exam, which eases both my dogs and my mind. The facility itself is very clean and I find that they are very efficient with calling with test results or returning my questions. I would highly recommend Ramtown Animal hospital to new pet parents or to those looking for a new doctor.

I used to see another vets for my two Pit Bulls. When I came across Ramtown Animal Hospital I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, the staff and doctors here are FANTASTIC! The doctors do NOT try to "sell" you things, nor do they try to rack up your bill. The doctor gave me a few options to treat my dogs allergies which was so amazing. The first suggestion (luckily the cheapest) helped my dog immensely! The front desk staff was outstanding as well. Another aspect that is amazing with Ramtown AH, they have a kid who is there that wants to be a veterinarian when he gets older, that they allow to shadow the doctor. How wonderful! Thank you Ramtown staff for making me and my babies feel at home in your office!

We have a very delicate little Chinese Crested. Dr. Fenton is the most caring, careful, patient veterinarian and a excellent diagnostician and surgeon. We had an extremely sick little puppy five years ago and he and his wonderful staff saved her life. Also two years ago during blood work for when she was spayed, he noticed her liver enzymes were not normal. He chose to treat her with a nutritive tablet taken orally instead of doing more surgery. Now her liver enzymes are Normal! She is a very healthy little girl thanks to Dr. Fenton. The staff is excellent! When you call them.....Your call Is really important! They Care about your pet and you will get the help that you need!

We have been taking our darling Tinkerbelle to Dr. Fenton and his staff (Lauren, Debbie, Tara and Kara and anyone else whose name I dont know or remember, who could not be any nicer) since she was a pup (nine years ago). They are the kindest folks you will ever meet. Always a smile when they greet us and polite and helpful on the phone. Dr. Fenton never rushes and is "professionalism with a smile". He is thorough and is attentive to all of my questions (which are many!!). We trust this wonderful veterinary hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves their pet. They go above and beyond and you are certain they sincerely care for your pet as much as you do.

I have been taking my rescued French Bulldog to the Ramtown Animal Hospital of Howell for nearly 3 years and I have never been disappointed by the care given by Dr. Fenton and his staff of professionals. Appointments are easily made and I never feel rushed by anyone when they are caring for my dog. They inquire as to my dogs habits and general health and they do thorough checks that I feel makes them excellent Veterinarians. I truly believe the staff cares about my pet and I have observed firsthand the care and knowledge they exhibit when I take my dog in, whether for surgery (spaying), vaccinations, or annual checkups. I highly recommend Ramtown Animal Hospital of Howell.

Ive had several pets, all of which have been to Ramtown Animal Hospital. My dog has been through two vets, but the third time really was a charm. Ramtown Animal Hospital has been nothing but accomodating and kind, financially and to the animals personal needs. They are professional and thoughtful. When my mouse Molly had a tumor and had to be put down, they were gentle and compassionate. So much so that they even sent a condolences card to our house a few days later. In our household we treat our animals like people so choosing a vet really is as important as choosing a doctor which is why I recommend them!

not only do I love Dr Fenton and the staff there but my dog cant wait to see him whenever we go there!! He loves Dr Fenton so much! Its a great animal hospital and they have taken excellent care of my dog. Wouldnt switch for the world!... Im reviewing again several months later to just enforce the point that this is the best vet I have ever had. Dr Fenton is so gentle and caring and truly loves the animals. Dr. Fenton, associates, and staff have stood by us faithfully over the years with our many cats, most of whom were rescues, often not socialized to people and lacking a history of vet care. Caring and kind, the Ramtown folk have seen us through yearly exams and emergencies. Perhaps their greatest heroism was when our old tom, Snarfles, went missing and came home with a terrible gaping wound filled with maggots. They handpicked them out, and watched over him several days until the wound healed enough to be stitched. Snarfles was not expected to live, but did, thanks to their dedication
