Do not trust this dentist. Do not believe them when they tell you that your insurance will cover everything. GET IT IN WRITING like I should have! They are dishonest and tell you not to worry about you coverage, your insurance will take care of EVERYTHING and then they charge you for things they said would be taken care of. Let me get into the specifics so you understand what this rant is all about. I went in there four years ago for a really bad toothache. I was unemployed, broke, and had only 2 weeks left to be covered on my insurance. They checked my insurance and said it would cover everything except a small percentage and the co-pay. OK, no problem with that I thought. After looking at my aching tooth they said I needed a root canal and they DID NOT DO THEM, but while I was there I might as well get a cleaning and various other stuff done since my insurance was running out. I explained to them my financial situation (which was in dire straights at the time) and they said not to worry because my insurance will take care of everything. They proceded to do over $600 worth of BS work on my teeth (did I mention that none of what they did had anything to do with that horrible toothache I had). I am a very thrifty (some may say cheap) person and I made it blatantly clear that I was unemployed and near bankruptcy when I spoke to their insurance person on my first visit. I told them I did not need any my work done if it wasnt going to be covered by my insurance and they agreed to accept whatever the insurance was going to pay them and not charge me anything else. Anyone who knows me knows if I had to pay a penny more than the $100.40 they charged to my credit card I would have walked out of there immediately. Well, this all started in December 2009. I started getting charged finance charges on top of the $275.60 they said I owed them. I tried to explain the situation and they were rude, inconsiderate, and just plain unprofessional about the whole matter. Now four (yes 4) years later they have added nearly $60 in finance charges and claim I owe them $335. I tried to explain the whole story to them and they say that an employee didnt do their job right, but that person no longer worked there. So, bottom line is they are believing their EX-EMPLOYEE, the one I dealt, with over me. I have a near perfect credit score, never late or accused of non-payment in my whole life, so I feel I am now being extorted four years later because of one of their employees mistakes (I guess because they will not talk with me). They have sent my case to a collection agency and I am now getting phone calls every day harassing me about this supposed "debt". I am an honest person and if I truly felt I owed them money I would, as I always have, pay them in full. Do not trust them. Go to another dentist, any dentist. It is not worth the hassle and stress they are unnecessarily putting me through right now. You have been forewarned! Thank you for taking the time and reading this review.

First impressions tells a lot about how a practice is run. You know youve made the right choice when calling for an appointment and the front desk was friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Berry and his staff go above and beyond any other dental practice that I have been to. Being a doctor myself, Dr. Berry has always accommodated me even with my own hectic schedule. The office has a very warm and inviting presence and the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care for all your dental needs.

After avoiding it for far too long, I made an appointment with Dr. Christopher on a friends recommendation. Id been ignoring a painful tooth in the back of my mouth for about a year. She did an exam and recommended a root canal. Because of her competent and calming demeanor, I finally made the decision to get the help I needed. Im glad I did. It wasnt bad at all, not what Id been dreading. The office is very nice, too. :)

Great care is extremely difficult to come by these days which is why you shouldnt think twice about coming to see Dr. Christopher. Ive known her for many years and she is constantly raising the bar with her expert skill and compassion for her patients. Her staff are kind and caring and keep the office meticulously clean. Dr. Jen and Dr. Berry by far are the best dentists in the area. I have needed more dental work than I wish to reveal and I had it done at a few offices before theirs which just didnt cut the mustard. I love their office, staff and their gentle caring manner and will never go anywhere else for dental work.

But the care I received and the information I were top notch and I would recommend this office to anybody who lives in the area which I unfortunately do not.

Dr Christopher is an excellent dentist ..shes very personable. I think the office was renovated a few years ago- it has a very modern feel all the equipment appears to be state of the art not like the old stuff in my other dentist office. Staff seems to be relatively well trained and nice
