I didnt have a great experience in this place. It was my first time in this location since I have moved recently to the area. I did my research about this practice and being that it had good reviews I have decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the service I have received. The doctor was running about an hour late. I decided to wait because I took a day off from work so I can see the main doctor there that specializes in the corneal problems. Finally, when I got to see the doctor I felt being rushed through my exam. Even though I have stated my concerns I wasnt given a full exam with dilation. I was expecting a detailed examine first time. Instead, the doctor told me to come back again for another exam. I believe that the doctor was in rush to leave since I end up being his last patient that day.

My husband and I have been using this group of eye doctors for more than 35 years. We always went to the Freehold office. We saw Dr. Siegel years ago, then Dr. Aksman, Dr. Brenner. I also saw the female, Chinese doctor whose name I forgot. She specializes in retinal diseases. She was excellent, if somewhat brusque.

Tried to make an appointment foie the jackson location and all calls are through a call center in Lakewood. Pam was very nasty and hung up on me. Avoid this place find somewhere with more personal service.
