Beware! Please do not waste your time! The receptionist do not know what they are doing. I waited 3.5 hours to be seen today and it was a total waste of time. This was my first review i wrote a week ago "I waited a week for my appointment. The day has finally arrive for me to see the gum specialist and I was told by the receptionist that the gum specialist does not take my insurance and I should have made the appointment with the general dentist. I told her when I called to make an appointment, the receptionist I spoke with suggested I see the gum specialist because I told her my gums hurt. She also asked for my insurance information and than continue to set up the appointment for me. And too be told that they dont take my insurance and I wasnt supposed to see the gum specialist when I got there, is ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Someone needs more training. What a waste of my time. I had to leave and my mouth is still in pain". Now today was the day I see the general dentist, only to be told I need a medical clearance by my doctor because Im pregnant, which was never told to me last week. AND I TOLD HER I WAS PREGNANT! And she never once said I would need a medical clearance.I was only told to bring my insurance card and Id, so now a week later I come back and they tell me this. So I told the receptionist no one told me I needed that and she said the dentist would still see me. I waited 3.5 hours in the freezing cold office for the dentist to look in my mouth for 2 seconds and then tell me I needed a medical clearance from my doctor and she cant do anything until. Waste of my time! Do not step your foot in that office, you will regret it.

The front desk receptionist is nothing but a stupid (FEMALE DOG). Doesnt want to do her job. must be related to somebody or screwing someone there. On top of that I go in to get X-rays and approval for work and they tell me i have to find an oral surgeon because they dont have one at that place. So now I have to deal with another place on top of this one. Call them once I received my predetermination letter and they have the nerve to tell me they have an appointment for me two months down the road. Are you kidding me? I will go find another dentist that will do work right away and you dont have to wait months to be seen. Go out of your way to stay away from this place. Receptionist who dont do their job unless u add the word blow 1st. and dentist who make you wait forever to sit on their chair. NO THANK YOU

this dentist is in my medical network and convenient location what is inconvenient is the location does not accoMmodate the working. They do not take appts after 4:30pm ever. i tried to schedule a teeth cleaning last year and was told they do not take appts after 5 nor on the weekends for this procedure. I have a scheduled day off from work finally, called to make an appt for friday and was now told they do not schedule teeth cleanings on fridays. THIS LOCATION MAKES IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK AND SCHEDULE A DENTAL APPT. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTIST!! THEY DO NOT ACCOMMODATE YOU IN THE LEAST!! The reception desk is unprofessional and of no help.

Dont recommend at all!!! Had made my first appointment for today which I was already hard to schedule, took weeks "like pulling teeth " Then as I was driving to my appointment and I called to let them know that I was in traffic and the receptionist said "you have an appointment? We dont have any doctor today.." I was amazed, and I said that I made that appointment weeks ago and how come nobody called me to cancel.. her answer was "I dont know.. would you like to schedule another appointment? I only have availability six weeks from now.. " SUCH A JOKE!!!! No wonder their reviews here at google have only 1.3 star STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!!!

Went in for my sons 1st ever dental appointment and was very upset. The receptionists should all be fired. They really must hate thier lives and jobs. Not only that we waited a bit and after waiting we went in and the dentist looked at my sons teeth for a split second and told me "Looked great. See you in 6 months." Its a damn shame that his insurance is goinf to be billed for God knows how much for 3 seconds of service. I really feel like calling the insurance and telling them not to pay them AT ALL!

They always were nice and friendly to me here, but thats probably because they would see me all the time. The dentist would always mess something up, let a cavity fill in be lose, then I would have to come back, the veneer they placed would always break. I was always in and out of that office. I got fed up and stopped going and now I just have to deal with a cap instead of a veneer. overall- poor skillset across all dentists that have worked on me in this office!

It was pretty straightforward visit. X-ray read and cavity filled within 1 hr, but had major pain in a back molar. They said it was a pocket and the hygienist recommended a water pick, which made it even more painful. I went to another dentist and she found that the tooth had severe decay and pulled it. It had a massive cavity that the dentist hadnt spotted. They tried to sell me two crowns but never followed up on price.

Lack of Professional Service and assistance to DMO Plan Carriers, I went there for cavities, general evaluation and to overview a tooth broken, they refer me to another dentist and NO SERVICE at ALL Provided, NO CLEANUP, NO CAVITIES FIXES, but the WORST of ALL: NO BILL, NO PAPER REPORT, I request an estimate for services done and see my options I just a vulgar verbiage "it would be $xxx

Just came out of the place. The receptionist lady was rude, unprofessional and just want to give u a hard time for no reason. The dentist and nurse assistant were nice when u did ask for question but pretty passive on helping me understanding the process. Will try another dental office for me.

The worst. Cant get an appointment. Then when you get an appointment the dentist isnt even in yet, waiting and waiting. Then the dentist seems lost on what to do. Additionally, I got a temporary put it that didnt even last a day, meanwhile my appointment is 3 weeks away. Stay away from this place

The male nurse there was very rude and impatient to me, he even mocked at me several times for me asking "dumb questions" (well, he probably asked a thousand "dumb questions" per day outside of his discipline). Lack the basic respect to the patient and professionalism.

They deserve zero stars. Ignorant and rude receptionists, and the wait time is insane. Theres no point in making an appointment. Youll get there and still wait for hours and you wont enjoy who you sit next to. Filth, all around.

The worst. I cant believe they are allowed to bill insurance for the "cleaning" they provide. Mine was less than 7 minutes long and the "dental hygienist" didnt even clean all of my teeth. I will never go back there.
