when I started, I loved Dr J and his practice but now I feel like I get rushed and it takes forever before you are seen. When I first stared, they were quick and prompt and now you wait awhile which leads me to believe there are way too many patients. One of his best qualities early on was his patientness on the phone when you have questions on his off hours but now I feel like you are just burdening him. I have a medically fragile child her needs are a little more demanding. I was thinking about switching but I may give it a little more time.

Dr Mike is the most principled one of all . He understands the nature of his relationship with the patient . He is there to help you not the other way around . Every time I call he says dont worry we will work it out . My family and I love this Guy .

His office staffs are friendly and courteous. Dr.Jay makes us so comfortable and helps us through all the milestones with ease. I think that is more important as Ive seen many parents getting worried about their kids growth. Thanks Dr.Jay
