They have the wrong address online and never mentioned that mapquest would send us to the wrong place. They did not send us directions and were verbally rude when we ended up a few minutes late for our appointment. We ended up at their old office after mapquest and a 1-hour wild goose chase later. Another doc in the practice even got onto the phone and instead of spending the precious time seeing our daughter (so she could go to school on time) he found that he only had the time to argue with this other office and me for 20 minutes. He was patronizing, arrogant, condescending and not the kind of doctor we would want our children to see. It was scary how he easily said things to us that we all knew were not true. Unfortunately, if you go to Wendy Frieling then you may end up with him and you will always end up with the other staff--who cant even correct the address online after more then a year and dont bother to send over directions or even mention it (or even realize this!). In addition, she is not even listed in 411 phone directory. I am so glad we didnt have a real emergency today!
