If you care about your child do NOT take them here. Never had Scripts ready on time or even days later. There is 1 doctor and 1 PA here and they arent usually working at the same time, which means the waiting is awful and your never seen even remotely on time. No walk-ins, they say go to the emergency room. The staff was sincere but lazy and the record keeping was horrible, to the point that the doctor didnt know what the PA was prescribing my child, so the doctor refused to write a refill, and instead of talking to me about it like an adult, she relays the message via receptionist after Ive waited an hour for the script that I had called in days before. The PA was sick and couldnt be bothered to verify for the doctor and she hadnt written anything down so I just had to wait a week for the PA to come back and okay the script. Next month numerous phone calls and a long wait for the doctor to refuse again because it still wasnt written down. This place sees way too many patients to give my child the care the deserve.

Dr. Cohen Martin is the pediatrician I have used for all three of my children. My oldest two are now college graduates and Dr Cohen Martin took care of their illnesses until they were 18. She is currently my pediatrician for my 15 year old. My children and I absolutely adore her and my oldest two were disappointed when they had to leave her practice. She is an excellent Dr and I was truly grateful when she had the wisdom to recognize that a pain in my daughters leg could possibly be something more serious. She sent her for scans that showed she had an egg-sized tumor in her femur. Thank God surgeons removed it and it was benign. I will forever be grateful for that. She has been excellent in her diagnosis of all of their illnesses over the years. She is hands on, gives hugs has personal conversations with them and addresses all of your concerns as well as the childrens. My children said they will take their children to Dr. Cohen Martin, Shes amazing!

Fake nurses that want to be doctors!!! After waiting for 45 minutes, watching these nurses fiddle around with my information for my son, the nurse makes some diagnosis like she gonna give him an allergy test NOT what I came for...then she has him do some type of test where he supposed to jump around like a frog????? he almost falls and hit his head but he caught his self Then I ask well where is the DR?? An African american lady with salt and pepper hair stating she is the DR.. She then goes on to tell me that she has nurse practitioner because she is TOO old? WHAT???. Thats when all the red flags I was receiving told me to get the @#$$ out of there!!!! If you like quacks take your children there!!!! DR COHEN MARTIN NEEDS TO RETIRE IF SHE FEELS SHE TO OLD TO TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS!!!!!!!!!!

So far so good. We were changing pediatricians, the staff got me in right away, much faster than any other pediatricians could schedule me. The office staff was friendly. The kids got their physicals and the nurse was thorough and informative, also she was caring with the children. We have not seen the doctor yet.

They never can help you out. Ever no.matter the situation. The girl that answered phone os rude. And what kind of dr office cant call something in for a sick kid? Nor bill the copay they denyed my son treatment today. I will be calling on then about this.

I Love this office and staff! Dr. Cohen has been a wonderful doctor since Ive known her! My daughter is 15 and has been going there since birth! Never had a problem!

Shes the best Doctor ever, honestly was my Doctor since I was 5 and I never wanted to leave so she extended her practice to age 24 and I was very greatful for that.

You get a different nurse every visit for your child, wheres the doctor???? You have to call and harass them for script refills. Im so done with this place
