Doctors in the group are great. The way making the appointment is set is terrible. You call, after listening to the extensive menu and pressing the right for making an appointment number you again have to listen to the recording not a person and are asked to live the message and are told someone will call you back. Yes, they do call back, problem is they call when is convenient for them but not for you. Most people work and call to make an appointment during brake and do not or can not receive medical call at work at the Prospect Medical office convenience. Also when the office calls you back you are already away from the calendar, in a car in the store or whatever and are unable to set the date and as result have to call the office again and again and go through the some frustrating, upsetting and disappointing process of dealing with recorded messages instead of a live person. It is too bad as the group has very good, caring, pleasant to deal with doctors, lab and xray facilities all in one location so it could be great facility but with the way appointment scheduling is set, is to frustrating to deal with. Hope someone in charge will read this message and make patient friendly/convenient change in the way appointment scheduling at Prospect Medical Offices is set.

Love my doctor (Asha John) but the automatic appt and messaging system is horrible! They notify me I have an appt I didnt even schedule and then good luck if you have a conflict changing the date!!! The portal easy to access but the messaging system and follow up lacking. To top it off they charged me a copay for one of their auto appts I cancelled 2 days prior and kept e mailing saying I missed my appt???!!!The attitude of the staff is unacceptable also I may have to change doctors because of this.

I would not be able to comment on the quality of the medical care, because I have been unable to speak with a person to get an appointment. I attempted to contact them 4 times. (1) Closed for lunch. (2) Routed through menu to New Patient -- asked to leave phone number, they would get back to me in 1 - 2 days. (3) After 2 days, called back: office closed. (4) After 3rd day, called back: answering service.

My doctor is great and very knowledgeable. The switchboard terrible. The phone rings in the office 10 times before anyone answers it! Not only that, one week they closed for 3 days in a row. What kind of a doctors office does that? God forbid somebody really needed them. I am thinking about swtiching, due to the terrible service via the swtichboard and the closing of the office.

I really like my doctor and her assistant but do not like dealing with the office staff. They act like they are doing me a favor by being there, never smile and simply do not seem to enjoy people or their job. My friends have complained to their doctor and things remain the same. In my opinion, this reverts back to the doctors who are the ones in charge of the office.

The doctors are great here but the receptionists might just be the worst in the industry. Theyre rude, unprofessional and down right just dont care about anyone or anything. The one thing they do care about is their lunch break and when they get to go home. Im shocked that such great doctors would hire such crap!

The staff here have been repeatedly short and rude towards me. I dreaded having to call to make an appointment or ask any questions. My mother went here as well and had the same problem. I recently found a new doctor because I refuse to deal with them anymore.

It it true what they say about the phone system. The doctors and nurses are very good. It is the phone and office flow that is the major problem. Need a good office manager or me!

worst office staff. BILLING THEFT. they input the highest billing codes and then admitted they were wrong, but never fixed it.
