First of all, yes, you may wait a little longer to be seen. So be prepared. However I have learned from experience that the reason the appointments run a bit slower is because these doctors do NOT rush you and neither does the staff. You are examined thoroughly and have time for a meaningful conversation with the dr. There are no cut corners and all questions are thoughtfully answered. I feel that some extra time waiting is well worth the tradeoff of a productive visit. If you want to get in and out at lightening speed, this just may not be the type of practice you are looking for!

Two appointments in a row, my wife has waited over 40 minutes. These are early appointments, 9am. The office has a lack of respect for patient time and it doesnt seem to be a big deal to them. Overbooking is profitable Im sure, but at the cost of your reputation. With a 3+ month waiting list to get an appointment (new customers), they dont seem to have a reason to create a decent customer experience. While its so close, the frustration of waiting is making us look for a new place.

FIVE MONTH WAIT for new patients... Is this a joke? I recently moved to the area and need to see a dermatologist for a serious issue as dictated by my primary care physician. I was told that regardless of any urgency, there is currently a five month wait for new patients.

There were alot of other people in before me, but they seemed to be calling them back quickly. I didnt have to wait too long. Janet M. the physicians assistant is who I saw. She is super nice and super informative. Made me feel so much better.

Maybe a great doctor, I cannot tell you -- Just saying that when the first appointment is in September and you are calling on February 1, may want to choose another physician. Ridiculous? Up to you to decide
