Tip: Do not schedule your appointment or your illness for that matter around their holiday schedule which is more important to them than you. Didnt even volunteer an alternate physician. Visited upon recommendation of primary care physician to see a Dermatologist ASAP. Most dissatisfied with the treatment and service. Did nothing except instruct in wound cleaning and apply bandages while agonizingly making me wait for a lab culture that was dead to begin with then had to beg for an appointment. which apparently caused them great annoyance. I had to go to a new family doctor ten days later to get medication for my secondary condition that they refused to acknowledge. I also still had another condition for which I did need another dose of the medication that I had contrary to their "advice" for which I continue to experience and undergo treatment despite being told I was "fine".

Was seen on Nov 30th it is now Dec. 13th and still no medication. I called the next day because the prescribed face cream was not covered by my insurance receptionist acted annoyed and told me it usually takes 72hrs for a prior authorization but that they had the fax from my pharmacy. Spoke to the same non-helpful woman yesterday dec. 12th she was apologetic that no one got back to me reassured me she would call me back with a solution to still not having the cream. I heard nothing so I called again. Horrible service I would go elsewhere if looking for a dermatologist.

I have been using this practice for years. The new staff and doctors are just as good as the old ones . They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff always welcomes me with a smile. Any questions or concerns are always answered and they are very accommodating to my busy schedule. I will continue to use this practice for me and my family .

I wish I didnt even have to click one star to write a review. I called twice because they were recommended by a freind. The women who answered the phone were combative and rude. That is no way to treat a first and last time client. Do not recommend. Who argues with someone who is willing to spend cash at your practice!?...idiots

From the initial the phone call to seeing the physician as well as the personalized follow up from the physician - all these experiences were flawless and I have referred many of my friends as a result.

This was a yearly skin check. I was greeted by a friendly and professional front office staff. The assistant took me back, asked what my concerns were and filled out my medical history. I was promptly seen by the doctor who answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
