The office manager is fabulous. Always friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately my experience so far with Dr. Ceran has not been good. The first exam was spent mostly talking about himself which would have been fine because hes had a very interesting life, but I felt rushed when trying to explain what was going on with my eyesight. When I picked up my glasses and tried them for almost 2 weeks and still wasnt seeing well I came back to have him look and was again rushed out the door after Dr. Ceran was rude and curt with me while I was again trying to explain what was going on. My lenses are being replaced now but I was told that what I have could not be corrected. If thats the case, I understand, but that would have been nice to know up front before spending $700+ on a pair of glasses that would not come close to helping me see better. I will not continue to be a patient at this practice.

I chose to see Dr. Ceran based on all of the positive reviews. This guy is never on time, always seems to be late and Im amazed how he can have such glowing reviews here. Its a pseudonym and I dont really see the point in contacting you, it wont change the fact that the guy was really late on several occasions and its not like you can get me back that time you wasted.

My overall experiences with Dr. Ceran are always exceptional. I feel like it is very rare to find dentists that make appointments and procedures reasonably costs for their patients. Dr. Ceran and the rest of his staff definitely do that for us and I am very grateful.

I usually dont recommend doctors to friends but for Dr. Ceran I would. It is convenient in location and you really get that personalized attention that you need. They dont rush you and always make sure you are well taken care of.
