Was referred to See Clear Associates by my daughters neurologist. After suffering from her 3rd concussion due to cheerleading accident and her symptoms were not improving and she started struggling with her school work we made an appointment with Dr. Viviano. As a mom it is hard to see your once outgoing, full of life daughter turn into not wanting to get up in the morning, motivation gone and losing focus in school. From the time we walked into Dr. Vivianos office we felt welcome and their concern for Chrissy and her recovery was most important. The front desk staff was pleasant and always wore a smile. Mary helped us with the fitting for Chrissys two new pair of glasses and kept my tight budget in mind all while providing Chrissy with very fashionable glasses. Dr. Viviano has to be given an A++++++ not only for his patience, concern shown, and his ability to explain all the medical terms in our language but for his friendly personality and very nice bedside manner. He truly made us feel like Chrissy was his only and most important patient. We never felt rushed or that our questions were not important. I would recommend this office for all their eye care needs.

The actual doctor is good, but thats about it. I went in for an eye exam and prescription for contacts. For some reason the staff didnt know how to bill my visit and ended up telling my insurance company I went in for some specialty visit instead of a normal eye exam. After calling my insurance company they then told me I was charged for another visit THAT I NEVER EVEN HAD! In talking with the front desk assistants at SeeClear I can just tell they were unsure about what they were telling me and and incompetent. I would imagine a routine eye exam for a new patient would be somewhat easy to process for them but I guess not. 5 Phone calls and 2 months later they called me telling the issue is resolved. Not sure if this is standard across eye doctors, but I also had to pay a specific fee for the exam because I wanted contacts, again the doctor is great, but youre risking the incompetent staff accidentally charging you.

Dr. Viviano has treated my husband and me for over 20 years. We are always satisfied with the care he has given us. Dr. Viviano gives a very thorough exam and prescribes our glasses perfectly. I always purchase my eyeglasses through Dr. Viviano, as well. The selection is excellent and I am always pleased with my choice. I highly recommend Dr. Viviano of SeeClear Associates. Making an appointment that fits my schedule is an easy task, and the staff is friendly and courteous.
