The staffs are rude - hung up the phone, no notice on canceling my appointment when office was closure due to snowing, messed up my another appointment schedule, and continuing gossip even when we were waiting for their answers during the appointment visit. The charges are not reasonable either. My insurance has $150 allowance for contact lenses. They only gave me 3 months supplies with additional $15 service charge. The fact is I used less than $150 to buy 6 months supplies with the exact same brand contact lenses. In addition, they gave me a prescription with wrong information on OD OS Sphere. With all of these, this is my 1st time visit and will be the last one too.

I have been going to Dr. Kanoff for more than 20 years. I feel very comfortable with him as my eye doctor, and I believe he is truly concerned with his patients eye health and NOT just trying to sell glasses. I have not had any problems with the staff as someone else stated. In fact, I find their hours and flexibility very convenient for a working person.

This office is the most rude,dispicable office I have ever been in. The office manager needs to be FIRED immed. Dr. Kanoff needs to open his eyes of how terrible his entire staff handles his patients. I will never go back of recommend that office to anyone!!!! They have lose a client and many more.

Staff has attitude problem. Zero customer service. No apologies even they made mistake scheduling appoint and blaming me for their mistake. I wouldn’t go back to him
