Ive been taking my dog to a larger veterinary hospital but all the symptoms we kept bringing her in for were always over looked. I recently started going to Neptune to get another opinion and Dr. Lorenzo was very helpful. He suggested we take our dog to an orthopedic and did not charge us for the brief consultation. My dogs issues were quickly found after years of taking her to the wrong vet. During her pre op surgery they were able to find other issues we were mentioning for years. I have full confidence in the staff at Neptune.

I started going to this place because my dad was a client of Dr. Lorenzo. It only took me two years to discover that this man is the definition of greedy. He will give your pet (in my case a cat) injections he/she doesnt even need just to make a buck. It costs $49 just to walk in the door for your annual check up. If your pet is sick you will walk out of this place with a $150-$200 hole in your pocket. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
