When the office first opened, they were very good. Then they got too big for themselves. When I was having work done that required novacaine, I was given the novacaine but had to wait 30-45 minutes before anyone came in to start the work. I have 2 crowns that dont match and one is much lower than the rest of my teeth. Ive had dental students work on my mouth without a licensed dentist in the room with them. Getting my last xray has been a nightmare. The office manager has been rude and cuts you off before you have a chance finished your sentence. Ill be very happy once Im done with this office.

Dont go to this Dentist. She is a terrible dentist (esp. if you have HMO that pays less). She left me in pain for months before referring me to someone who could help. She has created a traumatic experience of dentists for me. There are many other great dentists in the area. If you go there now, switch. We need to show healthcare providers that customer service and patient care should be priority one!

Excellent service! My teeth chipped so I went there. Their Hyginist is top notch. I loved the teeth cleaning appointment!I found the place to be clean and tech savvy. And the doctor is good too. She did 2 fillings which look nice as the color blends in. No pain. My teeth have never looked better! Oh and I also got my teeth whitened!! Love them!!!

Just TERRIBLE! The Dr. was crabby, and his billing admin was insulting and demeaning when it came time for payment. I reported them to Aetna, and said they may want to reconsider doing business with this office. Very unprofessional, run fast in the other direction!

I dunno what happened to SS but my brother, his wife & I have used Dr. Shah fo over 5 year and have received great, prompt service with a friendly staff - willing to work with patients.base to make care affordable. Highly recommend!
