I took my hedgehog there today for the first time. She had mites and I knew she just needed some Revolution but you need a prescription for it so I took her in. The receptionists and techs were very friendly. It felt like a long wait but I was also there a little early so who knows. The vet came in and took her back to give her a shot. Only afterwards did I find out it was a shot of ivermectin. Ivermectin is easy to overdose on hedgehogs, resulting in death or stress leading to death. I am very nervous and keep checking on her to make sure she is okay. While the rest of the visit was nice, I am shocked he would give her a shot of ivermectin, whose possible side effect is death, instead of Revolution, whose possible side effect is irritating the skin at the site of application.

I would never go to this Veterinary hospital/clinic again. There is a tremendous lack of communication with the staff. I did not find out till a year later that my beloved cat had hyperthyroidism. After visiting the vet a couple of times after my cat had her lab work done, I had found out after the 3rd visit that she had hyperthyroidism. She could have been on medication the whole year but instead lost at least 6 lbs. My poor cat ended up dying a month later. We took her to get euthanized and they couldnt even do that correctly. I would suggest no one ever take their pets to this place, all they want is money, theyre not concerned about the well being of your animals. If I could put zero stars I would.

Visited this location several times because I was referred by the puppy place I purchased my dogs. normally I just pay for shots but this time I was charged 52 for a checkup on both of my dogs without knowledge. I was told my dog had an ear infection but wet to another vet for a second opinion and was told it was just razor and skin irritation. I was also told that I had to pay 400 bucks that day and could not break it up into payment plans. Overall I spent way too much money for nothing and my dog has no ear infection. I will not return to this vet and found a closer, more caring, honest, and better priced location.

After visiting several other veterinary offices we are so happy we came to All Creatures. We spent so much wasted money being run in circles with our cat Fancy. Here we were given an estimate and it was fully explained the direction the doctors wanted to go to help our cat. Yea veterinary care is not cheap but neither is throwing away money for nothing. And guess what the prices here are much more fair and reasonable then other places we have been. After several visits Fancy was diagnosed, treated and is doing wonderful. We cant thank All Creatures enough.

All Creatures is the best vet center ! We have been going to Dr. Weiss for 15 + years ! He really knows everything about animals . Over the years he has always given us great service and care for our various pets ! Always friendly and willing to discuss any concerns or problems that you might have.He has taken care of numerous rabbits and our beloved Cavalier, Rusty. Currently we have a new puppy, Bentley, and would never think of going anywhere else ! Thank you Dr. Weiss and staff ! We have sent many friends to this excellent center!

Thank you doctors and staff for the tremendous compassion and quality care you gave my 2 sugar gliders.Everyone was so helpful in explaining the proper diet and how to provide a quality environment for them. Now that they are eating properly they are doing so much better. They are so bright and active vs how dull they were when we took them to you. We are also grateful to our dogs doctor for referring us to you. They said you guys were the best and now we know why everyone with exotic pets goes to All Creatures. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Every time I go to get a check up for my dogs, I always have to wind up spending hundreds of dollars. They throw so many things at you that needs to be done for your dog and dont even tell you prices until you get up to the counter. For instance, my dog had skin irritation, so they took it upon themselves to put a cone on him, and I didnt realize I was being charged for that until I received the printed out bill after paying. All they care about it money. Do not go there. I will be looking for another vet to take my dogs to

We were really impressed here. We have been to several other veterinarians with our zoo of pets but none were as knowledgeable across the board regarding all of them. The staff and doctors we have had contact with were great. Their prices are not outrageous as some other places we have been to either. We have had issues addresses and fixed with several of our pets in a very fast and professional manner. We also have received update calls from the doctors numerous times. We highly recommend taking your pets here

Ive been to All Creatures now a half dozen times since we got our Golden puppy last year. Ive never had a longer than 10 minute wait. The staff is SO wonderful. I always have 2 of my little children with me (sometimes all 5) and they are always so patient and kind. (and always have cookies to share with my little ones!) The vets are wonderful and friendly and the nurses always take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Wonderful vets! (and my kiddos LOVE the bearded dragon in the lobby!! lol)

We had a great experience here. Pleasant staff, very knowledgeable and clean. Prices were fair. This hospital had no objectionable odor as another posted and we didnt have to wait at all. The nurses went over everything related to our health needs and the doctors examination was thorough and everything was explained that was abnormal. Estimates were provided. All in all it was a very professional experience and we have been other places. Highly recommend this hospital!!

There are few vets in the area who specialize in exotics, and we drive 30 minutes to bring our guinea pig here. Two days ago, our guinea pig couldnt walk and we were given a same day appointment. The vet did not push for unnecessary tests or procedures. He gave us some advice on how to treat at home and gave us some anti-inflammatories to see if it would resolve on its own in a couple days, saving us lots of money. He is up and walking today!

This company lost a customer right as we were getting there. A loyal customer walked out b/c she had been waiting too long. Another customer complained that it was like that every time, and we walked out an hour after arrival because we knew we would find a vet who valued our time. Ridiculous wait with no apology or recognition that they were running late.

I took my Bunny Gingerbread who was not well at all, and could barely move here on Dec 31st 2015. Dr. Weiss and his team took such good care of her that she was jumping around by March and she is now a happy bunny jumping all over my living roomand eating to her hearts content! Will take my dog here too for his annual check up. Thank you All creatures!
