Bad customer service. Tried rescheduling an appointment but the lady who answered the phone said with an attitude I wouldnt be able to reschedule until the following week since I wanted to reschedule & told me the 20th is open. I asked what day is the 20th and she hung up the phone on me. And this is how you lose patients. Im sure the doctor was great which is why I chose to see him but I guess I cant now since his reception wont reschedule me due to my job giving me my schedule every Wednesday.

Dr. Glassman is the most caring and compassionate Dr Ive ever been to. His care and concern for each patient is outstanding! Dr. Glassman answered all my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable. The diagnosis I got was very accurate. The staff is very kind and pleasing too. I am so happy to be a patient of Dr. Glassman!
