This is one of the nicest animal centers I have ever seen! Bryan Animal Hospital is nothing like what most of you described! The techs are so kind and always professional. All of the receptionists are polite and get you set up with whatever you need, whether it be an appointment or paperwork, immediately. My pets have been cared for by each of the veterinarians, and all were kind and helpful. They did only what they thought was necessary, explained everything to me beforehand, and gave me lots of options. The grooming service is phenomenal. It seems like the building is always clean and well organized. I have never been rushed or spoken to rudely. The prices are competitive with other vets in the area. I have never had a problem; it does not seem to be possible. I send everyone I know to this vet - they are the best around!

We have been taking our two dogs here for the last two years because they provide seemingly adequate care and they are very close. However, we have also have a number of very serious problems with this facility. First and foremost, Dr. Horn. Dr. Horn has to be the most arrogant, condescending, and boorish animal care giver I have ever met. She acts as if we were purposely antagonizing her by bringing our animals in to see her for regular check-ups. Somehow, in every conversation, Dr. Horn manages to impugn our ability to adequately care and provide for our animals. If you feel like being judged as a person for caring for your pet perfectly well, then by all means come to Bryan Animal Hospital and meet this singular person.

Game Smart

I have been going with my pets to Bryan Animal Hospital for over 30 years. I started with my parents when we got our first dog Bear. I have continued going after I got married and had a family of my own. I cant say enough wonderful things about this practice. Compassionate, knowledgeable, empathetic and respectful are just a few words to describe this amazing practice. Dr. Slavin is the vet we usually see and she is so thorough, patient and kind. Brenda is always friendly and professional. My son sees the good work they do and sometimes talks about becoming a vet....like I said, Bryan Animal Hospital is terrific.

Whether you have to deal with the hardship of putting a pet to rest or the adventure of raising a new puppy, Bryan has all the answers for those and everything in between . & Tracey Pullen is the best vet tech Ive ever dealt with in my many years in the veterinary field! I took my pet to Bryan when he had an emergency medical issue and my vet was unavailable. They got us in ASAP and took such good care of my cat. They were kind and gentle and put him at ease. He usually freaks out at the vets but he was calm and cooperative and responded well to their gentle care. I would never dream of trusting anyone else with my babies. I tell everyone I know to go to Bryan. If you want people to take care of your fur babies like they would take care of their own. Best care my pets have ever received. They took care of my Sadie for her 13 years of life and genuinely loved and cared for her. Very loving and compassionate staff. They were always on target. When she was diagnosed with Congestive Heart failure they referred us to North Star Vets who is also An excellent facility. Your pets will be treated with love, kindness, and compassion.

I brought my cat in for the low cost spaying and if you get can past the rude attitude of their tech Sheri, its a great place to bring your pets for any issues. The vet and the rest of the staff seem very friendly and caring.
