I have told everyone I know with a pet since Ive been going there that Westfield Animal Hospital is a totally different atmosphere. I started taking my 8 month old Golden Retriever who has gastro issues there about two months ago and Dr. Neumann and the staff have been absolutely wonderful. So many times taking your animal to the vet is like going to a business. Here, its truly about the animals and their humans. Theyre reasonably priced, offer boarding and day care, and really take the time needed to make sure both your pet and you thoroughly understand, and are okay with a course of action. Just when I thought it couldnt get any better, today when I stopped to pick up food and medication, Dr. Swist carried the food out to the car for me! Really a different attitude from anything Ive every seen in any Veterinarian practice, by the staff, who comes out from behind the counter to say hello to my excited puppy, and the doctors I have met there. I highly recommend them to anyone.

my daughter took her dog there, the told here office visit and to check here would be $162- little did she expect that when she signed up front they would take x-rays and blood work which would be extra-she was so worried about her baby- then they hit her with dog had pyometra and it would cost between $2800-$3600, we informed we couldnt pay that and asked for dog back they hit her with well todays visit is $700 plus and if she wanted antibiotics it would be over $800..that it was on the paper she signed.. smdh.. oh- and when we asked for a payment plan they said they dont do that. We only had $300 and said they could bill us the rest- they dont do that. So she said shed sign a promissory note- so you can get downpayment and pay the rest after surgery- but cant bill out? best thing I can say is place is clean.

Westfield Animal Hospital is one of the best I have ever seen. The doctors are top of the line who know their business. The techs and receptionists are caring, sensitive, and just nice folks. This is a stellar veterinary practice with doctors who go the extra mile to treat your pets. There is never a rush to get in and out--the doctors take their time and explain everything--they make recommendations and guide and counsel the clients who can then make informed decisions about care and treatment. Whether it is a routine visit or a case which might take weeks or months of treatment, the doctors and staff are always the same, caring, sensitive, thorough, kind, and most knowledgeable. Unless i needed a specialty vet, i would not go anywhere else but to this practice. Mary Anne Lozak

We were recommended to go here and I am super disappointed with our experience. Our dog received the "Senior Exam" which included a fecal & urine sample as well as a blood test and a physical exam for a whopping $330. He has been losing hair and when they were unable to identify the cause they kindly offered to do a $400 ultra sound on our dog, which again does not guarantee they will find the cause of his hair loss. We also had an estimate done on having our dogs teeth cleaned (I brush them so they arent in bad shape) it ranged from $500-$700. I have lived in four states with our dog, I have never ran into a vets office that charged such outrageous prices. I recommend you take your pet and your hard earned money elsewhere because this place is nothing short of a scam.

I have an exotic bird (Green Cheek Conure) and I need yearly checkups, so I found this hospital on the recommendation of Petco in Clark. The staff was super helpful and nice, i was placed in a room immediately art my arrival for my appointment. The vet was along quite quickly. He was very kind and was happy to show and explain what he was doing as he checked up on my bird. The entire experience left me incredibly happy and I was amazed that even my bird was happy. Ill be sure to visit again

Love the doctors and the clinical staff. No complaints. Expensive, but our puppy deserves the best. The boarding facilities were however underwhelming. They over promised on the facilities and the feedback, but failed to execute. They moved our puppy from a run to a crate despite our understanding that she was to be in a run. Did not provide any updates on her stay or behavior. She seemed undernourished and retracted when we picked her up.

We really love these guys, and our pup even looks forward to the car ride there. The docs and assistants are really great and sincerely care about your pet. We know she is being well taken care of and have no hesitations... Boarding is super reasonable, just check out the prices of some of the others in the area and youll see.

Best Vet Office EVER! The staff is absolutely amazing. We were just going through a difficult time with our dog being ill and the staff made the whole process so much easier! I have been to a ton of offices and they never provided the quality of service and compassion Westfield Animal Hospital provides.

Went in with my sick dog and waited about an hour long in the room while the back staff was laughing loud and using inappropriate language than after found out the doctor prescribed incorrect heart medication for my dog, VERY unhappy and unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone.

I brought my dog for a boarding , when I pick him up after 7 days, he lost so much wait , he couldnt walk , he was dehydrated and learned how eat he is stool from other dogs or more likely he was starving there , horrible place, and unbelievable way they treat my dog

They helped us out at a difficult time with a sensitive subject. Unfortunately we had to find out our dog has cancer and arthritis. They provided us with a medication to ease the pain and make him feel better

the staff here is great but we took my dog for a regular check up and needles and now everytime we try and pick him up he wines and gets scarred which is making him afraid of it its also a little pricey

My 19 year old cat suddenly got ill. We took her in a saw Dr Jablecki (not sure if I spelled that right), who was very good and who has an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
