the Robert Warner ctr WAS, (as in used to be), great. we have been taking our boy there and getting help from them for the past 4 yrs. The staff still is great, but since dr hoffman has taken over we have decided to make the trek out to rochester from now on. DR HOFFMAN IS TERRIBLE he is more interested in pushing his creds in your face and bragging about his titles, than he is about caring for this patients. he is rude arrogant and only pretends to listen. children with developmental problems are swept under the rug by the schoolboards and admin too often as it is. we dont need the same lack of attention from the "specialists" also.

Horrible about getting refills! Never answer the phone calls and never return the calls. Super frustrating! Even with weeks in advance I never get the refills on time! So aggravated!
