Just Chill

Someone close to me was a patient there. Not only was she was treated poorly, but the doctor at Brylin that was designated to her was horrible. She had no idea how to assess or treat the situation and ended up causing more damage then harm. And even when I asked to speak with the doctor, she was never available. I left 4 messages WITH the staff for the doctor or even the psychologist to respond but to no avail. The staff at times were very rude especially the door man, and the nursing staff never had thorough information on the situation. I wouldnt send anyone to this facility. I am editing this on 6-15-17 to explain that I tried calling the number provided in the response comment by BryLin multiple times and no one answered.

BryLin Hospital Top Notch in Buffalo This inpatient Mental Health facility is the best in Buffalo. They have Groups youre not just sitting around all day watching the clock slowly tick tock. And staff is always available and courteous.

Nurse disappears after only a few minutes of talking to "find an interpreter" she doesnt return and another nurse comes and leaves to find another "interpreter" ends up recycling paper instead.
