Waiting for 12 hrs in the er, no care to speak of. Just wait, 2 min conversation with a doc in the middle of the night, thats about it. Staff interacts with you like you are a piece of furniture. This is not the first time for this exact same level of care. Avoid this place like the plague... dont see or hear any activity that would indicate that any person working here is doing anything to care for patients. Very odd. Dont know of an alternative in western ny. Go to Cleveland or down state if possible. Er staff knows nothing, offers nothing, literally the answers to questions are I dont know. They do the rounds whenever? If you are in trouble, dont come here you will wait till you die.
