Recently had surgery here and the staff could not have been nicer. From the receptionist to the nurses to the OR staff, they were all awesome. They explained everything in detail, took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable, warm, stress-free and updated every step of the way. We flew in from out of state for my surgery and I am so glad we did! Thanks to the entire staff for taking such great care of me!

Not sure why Google Places doesnt show this as the Rex Wellness Center of Cary... But if youre looking for a fantastic place to get your fitness back you might want to check this out. Theres something for all ages, levels, and interests. From water aerobics (which is a blast if youve never tried it) to yoga, tai chi, to TRX suspension training The work out center is bright, clean, and the equipment up to date.

I had a lot of anxiety going in for a procedure, but the preop and recovery team did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable. Dont remember the OR or recovery teams, due to the meds. But Diane and April I will never forget. Id like to thank all of the staff at REX Surgical Center for a job well done. I am recovering quickly, thanks to their concern and care.

I have been a member for two years, and even though it is a bit pricey, it is worth it. The pool is great, the steam room etc. superb. They have all machines you could wish for, free weights etc. A very friendly place, mostly older folks like me so one is not intimidated by the hard core work out types.
