NEGLECT! Dr Dicorch! Would not recommend!!!! My grandfather was here for almost 2 weeks and they nearly killed him. When he went to this facility he was there for therapy/rehabilitation because he just had heart surgery. After he fell out of bed because they neglected to hook up an alarm, my family wanted him moved. After 4 days of asking/ begging to get him moved to another hospital, my mother had enough and went to the POLICE station to get help. Later that evening they finally moved him. Once he arrived at the other hospital they sent him directly to ICU. The fact that he could go from this specialty care to ICU is unexceptable. Later that night they had to do emergency surgery because of his state of health, they stated "if we would have found this 3 days earlier this would have been a lot better". Dr. Dicorch at Select specialty is at fault for my grandfathers conditions today. I could go on and on about why you should not put your loved ones here.

Came here for iv treatment of a bone infection 30 days ago and while i was here some treatment on a ulcer on my hip due to hip dislocation now there transferiing me to a nursing home hip bone is sticking out uncontrolable pain dr said ill have to live with it still have a few treatments they made my health issuess worse when you ring for a nurse for somethi g for pain. It takes about 2 hours for them to come all they want is your insurance money they dont care about your well being many of times had to change my own sheets on bed. If you love the person that needs medical treatment and you love them dont send them here theyll die the doctors dont seem to care and they are ignorant towards your needs.. and theyll erase this post I have pics of my hip wound the femar bone wasnt showing now it is I think my lawyer needs to see these pics

Horrible experience. My father was sent here from Allegheny general to start his recovery. Nursing staff are rude and never check on their patients. Its a prison for the patient. They are rude to family members have absolutely no empathy they all seem miserable and should not be in charge of someones life. My father fell when were told therapy are the only ones who can take him out of bed and they cant explain how it happened just always say hes so confused. He knows exactly whats going on. Sad they should be watching their patients but they have no care for the patient or family. They dont deserve a 1 star rating should be a 0.

Pushed call bell 3 times they just shut it off at nurses station, no one even came to check on my dad. He ended up getting his pain meds 2 hours later when the nurse was doing her rounds. I asked to see charge nurse 2 hours later asked again she finally came and when I said Id like to fill out a form for neglect she told me there was a number on the wall in the hallway.
