Horrible! After my boyfriend sat and waited for more than 2 hours the doctor saw him for 5 minutes and told him he couldnt do anything for him! (He has gout that flares up). We were still charged a copay and when I requested a refund since NOTHING was done I never got it! Took my son here as well when he was running a fever of 104 and was told he had the flu but was not given a prescription...double checked a few days later with his pediatrician and the flu test came back negative!! The doctor and nurse here has fully admitted they can only deal with minor cuts and bruises!!!

5 min for a nurse to flush an insect from my ear = $250. Spent more time getting signed in. Broken, price-gouging health care business needs an overhaul. Also a shout out to the compliance officer at Noyes who never returned my call or responded to my complaint - thanks for nothing.

Go there at 7pm only to the doors being locked. The receptionist comes to door and says were done taking patients, we have 4 in line still and we only work till 9pm! Then told us to drive to the ER. They are rude and a waste of time! They only care about getting out of work on time!!

We got to see a doctor within an hour and a half, weve waited a lot longer at other places. Doctor was nice and gave us medicine right away since the pharmacy was closed. Good bed side manner.

Waited 20 mins to learn there was a 2.5 hr wait. Receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly didnt want to be there. Spend an extra few minutes and drive to Henrietta.
