This is basically a drive thru medical service, they dont wait till the numbers stop on the scale to take your correct weight, the doctor I saw sat about 6 feet from me, never looked into my ears, never listened to a word I was saying, just wanted to push those Anti Depressants down your throat and send you on your way, avoid this place and Dr. Michelle Walker at all cost. The very first question they asked me was, "How much money do I make per month" why is that even a thing, I waited a month to finally get an appointment, and then to be hit with "whats my income question" that is none of your damn business, got blue cross blue shield insurance and pay out the ass for it, your issue of "we ask this because we get grants from the governement" is NOT MY PROBLEM. The receptionist asked more questions then this "doctor" did, I would have gotten more help if I had just slept in and not wasted my month waiting for someone that only knows how to prescribe 2 things, A. antibiotics, and B. antidepressants. The cure all for people that went to med school but was too busy looking and the mirror than to bother paying attention and learning something so you can help patients without choosing the big 2 pharma fix alls. It just simply amazes me that people like that are in this profession when I honestly dont think they could hold down a job at the local mcdonalds. I wouldnt even give this place 1 star out of 5 but thats the lowest the rating goes. Pathetic

Tried to make a first time appointment and the woman who answered the phone said that I could not make an appointment and then download the appropriate forms to fill out and bring with me to the appointment (like they do everywhere else) but rather I had to actually come in and fill in the forms and ONLY THEN could we schedule an appointment. After we hung up, I saw this paragraph on their website: "When you arrive for your appointment, we will ask you to complete the appropriate forms (see forms below). To make your visit easier, please feel free to download and complete the forms and bring them with you when you come to Family Healthcare of Hagerstown." Your APPOINTMENT. The one you made prior to filling out the forms!! So I called back and asked to make an appointment and said I would be happy to download and fill out the forms and bring them in at that time. Again, I was denied even after pointing out how their own website contradicts this. If they cant even get information right on a website, I am horrified at the level of care they potentially provided. No thanks!!

Been using this practice for 2 years and it has been a waste of money and time. Im still dealing with unwanted side effects. Ask to have my meds changed to one with less side effects but Michelle Walker refuses to listen to her patients. Like another said she just keeps pushing depression meds that just increase the side effects im was trying to get rid of. Avoid this place if you want quality care.

They canceled my appointment without telling me, then told me no more appointments were available for weeks. Never sent the pain medication I was supposed to get, had to get it at the hospital. Too much trouble.
