I received a call from Hanover Health and Rehab lettinge know my mother would be transferred there for physical therapy. Seemed very nice. The facility was a 5 star facility and her transportation would be taken care of. My mother had rods put in both femur bones 2 days ago; a pretty invasive surgery. Turns out there was a paperwork mix up and she was to go to the Henrico rehab center instead. There was no transportation and it was up to my father and I to bring her in while the staff was 30ft away enjoying a cigarette. I guess smoking was more important. The facility had NO WALKER OR WHEEL CHAIR WITH LEG SUPPORTS. AGAIN, IT WAS UP TO MY FATHER AND I TO CARRY HER IN. NO HELP AT ALL FROM THE NURSES. Completely unexceptable. The receptionist called for assistance. 20 mins later still no help. She was full of excuses why she couldnt do her job and provided absolutely no results. Once in the room the nurses seemed very nice. Still no walker to get to the bathroom though. They offered to ask another patient to borrow theirs. No thank you!! Desperately hoping the Hanover Center will be better!!

I chose this facility due to its location, being closer to my home and family. Its easier for them to spend time with me and support me in various ways. Plus the facility has so far fulfilled my every need. My rating equates to food. Im aware its hard to please every taste and need. So, Im willing to accept the sometimes difference taste. Again I want to thank you for your services.

This facility is very clean. There are no foul smells or odors and the presentation is great! The administrators and staff have always been cooperative and readily available to help. The therapy team is really good they work with me day in and out. I didnt think I could get that much stronger within the time that I have been here but the gains have been remarkable.

Will never ever ever send or suggest anyone to go here or bring their family. They have no concern for there patients! Caused my grandmother to become septic which because of her lack of care and bad judgment. I only wish we had decided on another facility to care for here until she was healed maybe she would still be here :((((((. Trifling place!

Henrico deserves two thumbs up, A+++. Between the care staff and therapy everyone has been encouraging and supportive. It has been such a positive experience. I was so selfish, I wanted more of what they were offering so I stayed an extra week to make me a better person. Tears of happiness are flowing from the abundance of love and support shown.

My stay and care was good. The nurses were on time with my medications and made me feel comfortable. They stood by my side throughout this entire process and worked really hard to give me the best care. My CNAs and nurses were both loving and kind.
