We went here on a Sunday since they were the closest place open. My boyfriend had a bad cut that needed stitches. We were asked to have a seat after I informed the front desk clerk that he was bleeding. We sat for about 15 minutes with no attention from anyone. I asked the people across from us how long they had been there and they said 45 minutes and had just been asked for their insurance information. The people behind the front desk did not seem to be hitting on a whole lot so we decided that we should leave. We went to the NHRMC urgent care on Military Cutoff. They are awesome!

The doctor I saw was unhelpful, with abysmal bedside manners when I was really sick. I ended going to a different Urgent Care facility to get properly diagnosed -- this places doctor told me to go to an emergency room. This was shocking service. Do not trust your health to these cynical exploiters of sickness -- their only interest is your money.
