Brought my wife to the ED on Christmas morning while visiting family in WNY. The doctor quickly ordered a CT for her migraine-like headache symptoms. He then offered ibuprofen when the CT came back normal. We insisted on more guidance, so he ordered an X-ray but we felt that was inappropriate. When we declined the x-ray, he became belligerent and told us we could leave if we did not like his recommendation. We were not given any further medical help by this doctor. It was an awful and completely unprofessional experience. I am reporting him to the Board of Medicine, the hospitals executive board, the state insurance commissioner, and the hospitals patient advocate service. My wife may have had viral meningitis according to our family physician here in Washington State. I fear for anyone who might be treated by him in the future.

They may be busy, so slow at times, but even when Im a difficult patient they have been very good to me. The new ER is nicely done, and Im usually quite happy with the way Im treated. Thank you to the staff I know some nights are tough!

Went to this hospital to report that I had been raped. They didnt evolve the police or do anything other than not only inform my rapist, who had come looking for me, that I was in their ER but what I was in their ER for.
